The conference provides an
exciting overview, many practi-

around the topics of effects of
Covid-19 on the off-grid sector,
productive use and sector
coupling, energy storage for rural electrification and small wind
turbines for challenging locations.
The program has been designed in collaboration with the Alliance
for Rural Electrification (ARE) and with support from the Bundes-
verband Kleinwindanlagen e.V. (Federal Association of Small Wind
Turbines).

Mixed teams from different disciplines develop innovative projects
for a self-sufficient power supply for various applications. The
projects will be presented at the conference in form of pitches,
and a committee will evaluate the projects and award a prize.
