Has more than 35 years experience in the resources , industrial and mining industries. Ernst was previously executive at Exxaro, responsible for growth, technology, projects, services and the ferrous business. He has held various other senior leadership positions at the company relating to the coal, base metals and energy businesses and markets. He is the founder of Solar Eco, a company providing solar energy solutions. He is well respected for his contributions and his knowledge towards mining solutions waste reclamation in various sectors . He holds a B.Eng. Hon, Metallurgical Degree with an MBA from USB and an AMP from INSEAD France.

Has more than 12 years experience in the resources, and projects industry. Jann is the founder and current managing head of PCM Consulting, PCM Labour Broking, PCM Investments and PCM Green. Jann was previously part of various project management teams, which amongst others includes the Exxaro’s Madupi Expansion, Exxaro’s Backfill, Mintails Westwits, Wergo, Ergo and Super Tailings, Kumba Expansion and the Lonmin Karee 4 Project Teams. He holds a MSc. Project Management Degree, BSc. Hon. Technology Management and BSc QS Degree, all from the University of Pretoria.
