Alex: The Financial Times of Londonis talking about the end of dollar

hegemony; the Chinese said that wealready have a technical default. Do youagree with that?

LLR: Well, its worse than that. Weare in a general breakdown crisis.Everything is about to go down. Thereare remedies, but as long as thispresident remains president, theres nochance that these remedies will besupplied. He has committed an act witha lie, which makes him impeachable.

Now, the question is whether the

impeachment rage will be strong enoughto put him out or not.

First of all: We have a problem withthe British. They are, in a sense,controlling our destiny, because we havea president who is nothing but a Britishasset. And hes not really a very stableperson, and he has some very badpolicies.

The entire trans-atlantic system isnow coming down. Weve reached apoint where the last attempt at bail-out

has created a situation which Europehas not yet corrected, which means that,right now, Europe and also the UnitedStates is on a slide down towardbreakdown, as early as sometime thiscoming month [July].

There are remedies, of course, butthe question is, if this guy remainspresident, is it possible to apply any ofthese remedies which do exist?

Repeatedly Wall Street always fails,because it is a thief. Theyre moreinterested in what they can extract frompeople than the economy of productionfor the State.

China today is absorbing theindustries we have shut down inside theUnited States, and this means that weare becoming more and more helplessbecause we no longer have the foodsupply, the production we had, theproduction upon which our economydepends. We are now in a very gravecrisis.

We cannot have a thermo-nuclearwar. And you cannot have a warbetween nations that would not bethermo-nuclear.

Theres a long term trend situated oncertain people in the United Kingdom,which is the desire to reduce the humanpopulation to Two billion, some say evenOne. And recently, the One is preferred.

The policy of the so-called green-

revolution people that is, the anti-technology people is precisely that,and the worst case right now happensto be in Germany where the green-change is heading, and it means adisaster for the whole population ofGermany.

At this point, with this president, whois nothing but a British Puppet, theycreated him, how do you think all the

money which was cooked up undesuspicious circumstances to overwhelmthe presidential campaign with him with money to hide him.

Some of the people using this moneyshould have gone to prison. Theyoverwhelmed the legitimate campaignfor the presidency.

On the basis of his debt to the Britishwho put him into office inside the UnitedStates, with this load of money, he nowactually has control over the presidency

There are people in the UnitedStates, the older people and lessinstitutional, who understand this. Andwe are prepared to dump this bum fromoffice.

Now we have the perfect ground odoing so. We had the ground under the25th Amendment earlier [that the

president is unable to discharge the

powers and duties of his office] whichshould have been exercised. It was not

centered of course in Europe andCanada, and it extends throughout theUnited States and Africa and throughparts of Asia. This is the area thats introuble. Right now its coming down.

One problem is, you have theEuropean system with its own currency the Euro. A system of globalization inwhich the nations are losing their

sovereignty at a rapid rate in order tobecome members of a blob of anassortment of nations. Their thing is nowin the process of coming down.

The breakdown of the process wasestablished in New York City by agentleman called Strauss Khann whowas, at that point, the head of the IMF.

And he was caught in the attack of awoman which was considered rape and for that he was picked on plane-side, before he could board the plane toFrance. He then spent some time at

Rickers Island, the famous prison in theNew York City area, and hes now sittingon parole with a little special attachmentto his leg, awaiting trial, which will be atsome duration.

[He has now been released due tocircumstantial evidence that the woman

has lied on many occasions in the past].Strauss Khanns elimination from the

operation killed the bail-out operationwhich was intended.

Now the inability of our crowd to geta bail-out going again resulted in a

deterioration. Because what theyregetting is a bunch of money which is notmoney. Theyre getting electronicmoney, not even electronic fakemoney which is in our appearance abail-out. This stuff has no redeemablevalue, except to collect debts fromvictims, including countries that arevictims, including the United States.

We are being looted as a nation . . .four States are on the verge ofbankruptcy right now, because they cantmeet the debt requirements, to bailthemselves out.

Other parts of the nation are beingcrushed at an accelerating rate. Forexample, our military is under threat rightnow. The military of the United States isgoing to be sliced massively if somethingis not done about it. And thats going toleave us in a very strange degree ofvulnerability. Not because of foreign

wars, or such, but simply because ourmilitary is one of the final institutionswhich is still functioning.

Everyone of our institutions iscrumbling. If we do not get this bum outof office now, on the grounds existingon the 25th Amendment, which ofcourse is violation of the War Powers

Act, for which he should be thrown out

of office, for the crime against the nation,along with what ever other crimes ofoffice go with that.

But hes not. And as long as this bumremains in office, he will do everythingto destroy these United States.

If we dont get him out, you can kissthe United States good-by while you arestill able to kiss. Thats where it stands.

Now, there are many options. Wehave wonderful options in the UnitedStates, if we chose to use them. Wecould rebuild our entire central water

system in the United States.We could create industry, and

develope agriculture where it does notexist, or where it is being destroyed. Thedestruction of Agriculture by the stormswhich have hit in the recent period, havedestroyed the food supply of the UnitedStates to a critical degree for theimmediate period ahead, and there areno plans to restore it. The farmers arebankrupt. They have no credit availableto meet the crops.

The whole region . . . the Mississippi

River . . . the Ohio basin . . . the Missouribasin . . . The food supply is beingdestroyed.

Alex: Again were talking live toLyndon LaRouche: Twenty years agoyou said that NAFTA and GATT woulddo this to us. But what is the Britishmodel of this Corporate Imperium goingto do when its built up? China and othersare still standing. And when their maincommand base, their main Titan, theUnited States, is accelerating itsdebilitation, what is the method to thatmadness?

You have a report out, of Obamabeing in violation of the War Powers Act.Why are they becoming so arrogant? Inhis speech yesterday he was saying, Idont even have to discuss theConstitution any more.

What is he getting us ready for?

LLR: What you have to remembeis that our system of government wasunique when founded. At the time wehad won the Revolutionary War we hada great problem of debt. The debt ofwhat became the respective States ofthat period.

There was apparently no solutionbecause each of these States of the

United States was vulnerable to thisdebt, in danger of going into bankruptcyand the British were just waiting to comeback in and take us over.

Alexander Hamilton, who was aprotege really of Benjamin Franklinintroduced a reform which establishedour Republic under a Constitutionasystem rather than a collection of States

In other words, theyre part of oldEuropean standard of States . . . with acentralized form of government . . . andwent to a system of national credit.

This was the basis on which theConstitution was written. Therefore, ousystem in contrast to the Europeanmonetary system, our system iscorporate by virtue of our Constitution a credit system not a monetarysystem.

Roosevelt put us back on themonetary system in his presidency. Iwas undermined, and in 1999 it wasdestroyed by the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act which had been the bulwarkof the entire recovery through the 1970s

and thereafter. So that destruction in1999 of the Glass-Steagall Act openedthe gates for a complete take-over bythe British International MonatarisInterests. That today is our problem.

Now, we couldget out of this messAll we have to do is to reenact theoriginal Glass-Steagall Act of 1933which was functioning more or less untiabout 1999. Once that is done then althe phony money, the Wall Street moneyand the British money goes into adifferent department of banking, not parof the Federal Debt. Its a part of themarket, or speculative investment. TheWall Street Market.

Therefore, once we pass the Glass-Steagall Act and theres a strongmovement for that now we are thenable to get rid of tens of trillions of dollarsof phony debt which the nation is nowcarrying, which is ruining our States, and

destroying our population. We canreverse that process.

Obama is the advocate of the Britishinterest. Hes a tool of the British, theyown him, they control his mind, hes justan agent who was bought by a vast influxof drug money and other corruptcurrency. But for this drug money fund,which brought Obama into the

presidency, he would not have beenpresident.The policies of Obama are the

enemy of the United States. The enemyof our existence. We could be destroyedirreparably within a few weeks from now.Its not a long term enemy, its a shortterm enemy.

Alex: Explain the technicals of that,of how in a few weeks this is bound toaccelerate.

LLR: If you acknowledge . . . if youtry to collect what the British essentiallycontrol, which is a worthless massivedebt of many trillions of dollars, andmore there are actually quadrillionsof phony value out there clamoringfor being fed. All we have to do is passGlass-Steadgall again, now, with theunderstanding of what weve beenthrough. If we do that now, these guyswill go bankrupt with their phony claimsagainst the United States.

Alex: . . . because that will furtherimplode the current ponzi schemetheyve got. Theyve created 1.5 billiondollars in derivatives. They bought offour government to buy into that debt,and its a black hole, and if we dont pullout of it theres no hope.

LLR: Exactly!

Alex: What do we do when they holdus hostage as they openly do andimplode the Stock Market? Do we then

just arrest them for financial terrorism,because theyre on record in Europe andthe United States threatening to implodethings if they cant hold us hostage. Itstruly us or them, and they are thefraudsters. But any government . . . anyCongress person, as you know, they getbusted for something, or their planeblows up, so how do you stop them?

LLR: Very simply. Glass-Steagall.If we re-enact the 1933 Glass-

Steagall Act which was cancelled in1999, we are immediately in a newsituation in which the only credit systemoperating is the United States Govern-ments Treasury system.

We then have to use the powers ofthe Treasury under those conditions to

issue credit not money but credit and give the credit to projects weconsider worth placing public investmentin them, we support private industry, etc.. . the secretary of Agriculture.

We have a crisis in agriculture in theUnited States. We have a food supplywhich is totally insufficient for our totalpopulation, right now. We can get thatback if we put the investment back intothe Mississippi River areas, alone.These areas will give us a growth in ourfood supply.

We have major projects infrastructure projects not what theycall infrastructure projects, but real ones.Like water. We can change thecharacter qualitatively simply by usingpublic credit to loan it out. Simply bybringing public credit into the placeswhere it will do the most good from theStates standpoint.

For example, Take for instance theState of California. The State ofCalifornia is dying under theseconditions. We can rescue it. We have

other States. Three other States that aredying right now under the terms of thepresent administration.

Alex:And thats what the banksterswant because and we have the IMFdocuments when their policiesexplode things further, they come in andbuy things for pennies on the dollar andthen they implode it more and more andmore.

LLR: Its intentional. Their intent isto reduce the population. Thats why theybuy into the Malthusian view, and thesocial Darwinistic view that theyrepsychopathic activity is a favor forhumanity.

Alex: Of course they adopt thesebankrupt game-theory philosophies, andRAND corporation ideas, because it

feeds in as a rationale for what theyredoing, but in the end of the day, theyredestroying the very civilization thatheyve fed off theyre actually indanger of killing their host. If they aresuccessful in the end, wont they destroytheir system as well? . . . but theipredatorial instinct cant be stopped?

LLR: This is all intentional. Theintend is to reduce the world populationto no more than 2 billion people, to Onein the shortest possible time. If youunderstand that, then you know whatsgoing on. If you dont understand thatthen you really dont know whats goingon.

When your looking at the wholesystem, the whole system was born withthe founding of the Roman Empire. TheRoman Empire collapsed, thus then iwas reborn with the founding o

Byzantium. That collapsed. It wasrevived as a Crusader system. Thacollapsed, and then after a whole seriesof wars in Europe, it was established asa new Empire, with William of Orangewho caused the flag of a new VenetianParty, from the Netherlands intoEngland and Ireland, and did a lot ofkilling, and this is the outcome of hisactions when the 7-years Warconcluded in 1763, established theBritish Kingdom as an Imperial poweon the Planet, including his control of

India, Nova Scotia, Canada, etc.

Alex: So basically, were consideredas weevils who have invaded their grainbase so we all need to be exterminatedand thats what they all say. Thats theiphilosophy, their religion, driving theisystem, and its all admitted.

Look at California going into totaimplosion. 38% unemployment. Theianswer is to ram through a 20%+ carbontax on California.

If that isnt proof of the economicgenocide, what is?

LLR: Thats what your getting. Thereis real genocide. And its intentional. Andthe Obama administration is aninstrument of that policy of genocide. Iyou look at the policies that are admittedby the Obama administration as aparfrom any other policy inside the United

States you find that only Obama whathe represents and his immediatecronies are the people who arebehind in the health-care and otherfields, to increase the killing rate of whatis considered an excessively largehuman population.

So were not involved in a physicalquarrel, were involved in an existential

issue. Are we going to be human? Orare we going to be cannibals? That iswhere we are. Go with Obama, look forthe cannibal class. And thats wherewere headed for.

Alex:And is that why theyve put himin, because he is black and they thoughtthey could give him political cover,because its admitted that the carbon taxthat was introduced at Copenhagenwould kill at least a billion people in fiveyears if it were implemented, and that

was just the first roll-out, and they toldthe 3rd World, for this, were going totax the West, and give it to you, and thenthey got the treaty, and it was doublethe taxes that the West would pay onpeople making less that $2 dollars a day.It was a death sentence.

LLR: I know, I know

Alex: How do we stop these people?They are mad men!

LLR: They are criminals! And wehave to understand that. We have tosalvage our government free of theObama syndrome and also the GeorgeW. Bush Jr. syndrome which is almostas bad.

Alex: What is your view of thepolitical field right now in the UnitedStates?

LLR: What we have now is, amongsome senators, and among membersof the House of Representatives, and interms of the elite institutions, the systemhas a lot of good people in it.

Were pushing for the Glass-Steagallreenactment, and its a very serious andgrowing movement, right now. Weremoving to re-install Glass-Steagall. Andthat will change things.

We in the United States, with our

government, as long as we control it,have the capacity to create credit. Wecould put the United States back to work.They could turn it around anytime theywanted to.

Obama is impeachable on thegrounds of the War Powers Act. Hesimpeachable because he is also insane,and he couldnt be what he is if he wasnt

insane. This man is a mental case of acertain type. Hes crazy. But hes likethe famous Nero hes got the samesyndrome of the Emperor Nero, psycho-logically.

Alex: Im concerned about the FalseFlag terror. What are some of the tricksthat the ruling class may use to blockthe people from removing them frompower?

LLR: Well, lets take the case of 911

as a good example of exactly how thiswhole system works today.

What happened was that the Britishsystem, through a certain bunch of itsoperatives, together with the SaudiKingdom, set up an operation, a secretoperation, which would take oil pricesin the Gulf at Gulf prices then moveit up to the coast of Europe. Then theywould sell it on the market at a Europeanprice that is much above the Saudi price.

This created a large fund.The largest available fund for dirty

operations, military and otherwise, in theworld at that time.

This funding was used for what wascalled 911. And the whole operation wasbased on this. The 911 operation.

Now, this was well known. Theevidence of a direct relationship of theSaudi Ambassador to Washington, andhis involvement in recruiting and backingand funding some of the pilots whoactually flew those planes, wasconclusive evidence which was buriedunder the pressure of the then Bushadministration. But that is the truth.

The Truth was never told publicly Butso many of us knew it. The evidenceexisted. We knew it. Other people knewit. But it was never presented in thepress.

Even the people who were on theCommission, who were investigatingprecisely this line of investigation were

pressured not to open their mouths. Thesame was kept a national secret.

It was the alliance of the SaudKingdom with this faction of the Britishsystem which funded, created, anddirected the 911 Attack. And thats a facwe have to remember.

Were in this kind of mess becausethe Bush administration obtained

dictatorial power over the presidencyand over the Congress through theterror caused by this incident. And thatsa thing thats still harassing us today. Andwe should make the record clear.

Now, the main thing here is, we havea bunch of Congressmen good ones the normal members of Congress but to the extent that they arefragmented and are not workingtogether on a common cause, they arenot effective in dealing with a presidenwho is an enemy of the United States.

Alex: Well, Mr. LaRouche, bottomline youre saying 911 was an inside job

LLR: Yup! It was a totally inside jobIt involved Bush all over the placeRemember the whole family was therein Texas at the time when Ben Ladenwas functioning.

Alex: Talking about the world planfor population reduction, the BritishEmpire through the corporate system

the Corporatocracy, the Kleptocracy, atotal inside job! Some are concernedthat they may stage newer events astheir flagging system goes forward. Canyou finish with that?

LLR: Yes. The Glass-Steagall Act wilunite enough members of Congress tocreate a force which will be able to faceup to the threat of the Obamaadministration.

If we succeed in pushing the GlassSteagall Act through, in at least oneHouse, we will then have crippled theObama dictatorship, and that will leadto the elimination of him from thepresidency.

Under those conditions, theAmerican people thinking theyve gotheir nation back will be able tomobilize themselves in an organizedforce and take the measures needed to

save our nation.We can do it. We need a sense of

emergency in enough of our people tounite around the bright people ofCongress as a force of government toget our country back now. If we dont doit, were going to lose it. So now wevegot to mobilize around the best politicalchoice of strategy.

If we restore a sense of unity amonga majority of the US members ofCongress, I guarantee you we can winthis fight, in short order. Thats what wehave to do .
