Whitley Hall is an ivy-clad 16th century mansion surrounded by 20 acres of stunning gardens & grounds. Nestled in a peaceful valley the hotel is a perfect backdrop for you to create a unique, elegant and unforgettable day for you and your family and friends.

The Parker suite with its original stone wall offers an idyllic setting for more intimate wedding receptions, also boasting a private heated terrace and a lake with its own pier. This self contained suite with its own entrance, facilities and private bar can host your civil ceremony & wedding breakfast for up to
60 guests and evening reception for up to 80 guests.
The Picture & Wordsworth rooms are also available to host smaller weddings of up to 20 people; both these rooms have stunning views over the hotel grounds. Please ask a member of the wedding team for more details.

Whitley hall has 32 en-suite bedrooms which are all individually designed and decorated. We work hard to make sure all our rooms refl ect the traditional architecture of Whitley Hall with exposed stone walls and wooden beams,
whilst also providing all the essential modern luxuries such as whirlpool baths and Juliet balconies overlooking our private lake.
Excellent discounted bedroom rates, including a hearty Yorkshire breakfast, are available to all guests attending your wedding.

The fi nishing touches are what make a wedding special and exclusive to you, at Whitley Hall we have our own dedicated wedding stylists who can work with you to make your dream wedding a reality.
Our designers are on hand to advise you on the latest trends and fashions or to help you create something unique and distinctive.
As our styling team are based at the hotel there are no delivery charges so you will fi nd our pricing very competitive. Please contact our team at [email protected] for more information or to arrange a consultation.
The Finishing Touches
are what make a wedding special and exclusive to you, at Whitley Hall we have our own
• Book a provisional date with us which will be held for 14 days
• Contact Sheffield registrar office to book your registrar
• Complete a booking form and pay your initial non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to confirm your booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until a signed booking form, a signed terms and conditions form and an initial deposit has been received.
• Arrange a details appointment with a member of the wedding team to begin planning your special day
• Pay your second non-refundable and non-transferable deposit 12 months before your wedding date.
• Please feel free to contact a member of the wedding team at any time if you have any questions or if you would like to arrange an appointment.
• 6 – 8 weeks before your big day please arrange a final details appointment with a member of the wedding team to finalize numbers. An invoice will be produced based on these finalised details. Payment of this invoice needs to be made no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.
• An accommodation list must be completed at your final appointment, your guests can then phone the hotel directly to confirm and pay for their bedrooms. Guests bedrooms must be confirmed at least 3 weeks before your wedding date.
• Complete a dietary requirements list/table plan and deliver to the hotel at least 2 weeks before your wedding day.
• Drop off any decorations the day before your wedding.
• Relax, leave everything in our hands and enjoy the most special day of your lives with your family and friends.
