To bathe and swim

• Bases del Codó are natural pools: both good spots for water dips with children. Next to Coll de Nargo, by the L-511, from Coll de Nargó to La Pegatera, past Les Masies de Coll de Nargó, turn off towards Sallent, then park at 50 m. Of the detour, you walk down 5 minutes along a path.

• San Antoni lake, in La Pobla de Segur, (after Tremp), the good places to get a bath are taking the road towards Salàs and then to the Salas station, you'll see the bathing areas. On the other side of the lake, after Pont de Claverol, towards Aramunt there are more beautiful places for bathing and a great beach bar to eat and rent kayaks.

• Estany de Moncortès, an ancient glacial lake with very clean waters. After Pobla de Segur, towards Senterada. In Pobleta Bellvei, go right, after a few minutes you will find the Estany de Moncortés. The parking is next to the road, two minute walk to the water.

Nature
