January 2014 January 1, 2015 New Year… New Goals… New Year’s Resolutions are a popular topic this time of year. People make “resolutions” or “promises” to themselves or loved ones. Promises are nice, but PLANS are better! Sitting down and writing out a plan or a schedule helps keep you focused. It is also a visual reminder of the plan you made. Keep copies of your plan in key locations, i.e. at your desk, on the refrigerator, in your bathroom, your car, etc. A little tip like this can help you stay on track in the early stages of your plan. You will be able to interact with other people who are striving towards their fitness goals, the same as you. If there truly is strength in numbers, then the strength comes from a GROUP class!!!

ADVOCARE National 24 Day Challenge: At New Life Fitness we have everything you will need to be successful during your challenge.

Over 90 New Life Fitness Members have completed the Advocare 24 Day Challenge.

Women who work out during the challenge lose an average of 11 pounds and 12 total inches.

Men who workout during the challenge lose an average of 18 pounds and 15 inches.

Make plans now to participate in this PROVEN CHALLENGE!

For those who do not want to lose weight, but want to feel better, we have a plan for you too! ADVOCARE Performance Products will help you reach your fitness goals.

Notes for Our Members: Members who want to have an outdoor workout are welcome to use the equipment in the trailer. It will be kept unlocked during New Life hours. There are bars, bumper plates,rings and kettle bells. Please put equipment neatly back in the trailer after use.

In January, we plan to change our back office software system which manages our billing, membership contracts, check-in kiosk, etc. We were using a company called ABC Financial and plan to move to Club Systems sometime in late January.  The new company is local and we anticipate better service for our members, but more importantly speeding up the process of signing up new members. Currently the process is very cumbersome and the new software allows the use of a iPad or similar device. Overall the transition should be very transparent to our membership other than the company's name on your monthly credit card bill.
