Environment l SAP Business Communication Management 7.0 up to SP5. l Internet Explorer 9 and 10. Reproducing the Issue 1. Install IE9 or IE10. 2. Install Microsoft Security patch KB2846071. 3. Launch the Online Monitoring Tool. 4. Navigate to the Agents view. 5. Select any Agent. 6. Display assigned queues then press on the queue assignment information. 7. The UI displays the information in the top left corner of the screen making the information hard to recognize. Cause l Microsoft bug : KB2846071 breaks event.clientx and event.clienty properties in onbeforeunload event handlers in IE9 and 10. l In the Monitoring Agent View queue matrix popup (mouse over, left click or right click of queue matrix cell) is positioned using event.screenX and event.screenY. After KB2846071 those coordinates are not valid and popup windows is opened to wrong position, top left corner of screen and half outside of screen area. Resolution 1. Download and install the latest Microsoft Security Patch @ http://technet.microsoft.com/en - us/security/bulletin/ms13 - 059 . We have tested in IE10 & IE9 and confirmed it works. 2. If the issue persist, please make sure the Security Update KB2846071 was first remove before applying the latest KB2862772 . Cause

Resolution
