Symptom
During the backflush of internal activities within the framework
of repetitive manufacturing, the system generates error message
RU008 ("No operations exist in order &").

Reason and Prerequisites
The error occurs if you have created the cost estimate for a
repetitive manufacturing material (this cost estimate is required
for the backflush of operations) via a reference cost estimate, and
the referenced cost estimate is recreated afterwards.
Solution
With implementing the attached program change, the reference
cost estimate will keep the reference to the operations even if the
referenced cost estimate is recreated afterwards.
