We at RAK Precast not only produce precast element, we also provide complete solution for all our customers through highly qualified and dedicated in-house design team. RAK Precast is located in Technology Park (Al Jazeera) with the plot total area covering 1.4 million sq. ft., of which our fully fledged production plant covers an area of 220,000 sq. ft. and is completely equipped with modern machineries and latest technologies imported from Germany and Belgium in order to provide the complete precast solutions for our customers. RAK Precast also analyzes its customer actual requirements and translates by means of design and technical services in compatible with the Customers budget and time frame. All the precast elements produced in our factory is processed with quality checks at all stages until it is handed over to our customer, as we always prioritize “Quality” and “Timely Delivery” in all our products and works. The superior quality precast products are mainly:

- Solid Concrete Products - Insulated Precast Panels - Pre-stressed Hollow Core Slabs and Walls - Pre-stressed Beams - Various Sizes of Panel - Staircase - Road Barriers - Bridge Barriers

The standard products currently under production are:

• Hollow Core Slabs 100, 120, 150, 200, 265, 300, 400 mm thick and can reach up to 600mm

Hollow Core Walls 100, 120, 150, 200 mm thick • Precast Columns, beams and foundations, etc. • Solid and Insulated Wall panels

RAK Precast is the only manufacturer in UAE who can produce 100 mm and 120 mm hollow core walls and slabs. Hollow core walls of 120 mm thick have been used recently as shoring walls in two projects in Dubai. This is considered as a new application in the local industry.

Advantages of RAK Precast: RAK Precast as a complete solution provider in the precast industry holds the following capacity: • Production capacity of precast concrete slabs 600 m3 per day with 110 nos. of tables.

• Production of hollow-core slabs as 1800 m2 per day with 8 nos. of beds, where each bed covers the length of 150 m.

• Logistics area covers up to 1 million sq. ft. Assuming the production capacity and the logistics capacity, we produce all the elements immediately upon clearance from our customers and store all the produced elements in advance at our logistics area in order to ensure that the products are delivered to customers as per the time frame agreed. By this, we always ensure that all our customers are hassle free concentrating on the other parts of their project. Since all our products are manufactured inside the plant using all latest technologies such as rotating tables, central shifter for shifting tables, batching plant, flying buckets for pouring concrete, laboratory for all types of tests, etc., all our customers are assured that the final product delivered to them comply with their and local authorities requirements with utmost quality and safety. Our quality policy makes you also free to be reliable for your usage, where each element manufactured in our plant passes various quality checks at all stages until handing over of the product to our customers.

Hollow-core Slabs and Hollow-core Walls: Hollow-core elements can be used as floor, roof deck systems, wall panels, shoring & retaining walls, boundary wall spandrel members, bridge deck units etc. which also creates ideal structural section by reducing the dead weight, whilst providing the maximum structural efficiency with the minimum applicable depth. RAK Precast manufactures Pre-stressed Hollow-core Slabs and Wall panels through slip-forming manufacturing system which is the most advanced technology available in the European market today. The hi-tech machine available at RAK Precast has been tailored to RAK Precast to provide the following types and sizes of slabs and walls: At RAK Precast the hollow-core slabs are casted in 150m long pre-tensioning beds equipped with automatic concrete pouring machine which places high strength with high degree of vibration and compaction. This bed is also developed with hot water underneath for fast curing and strength, hence the production and delivery commitment is achieved. We always ensure that our commitments to our Customers are kept as per quality and timely delivery. In order to confirm our commitment, our Quality Control department ensures that all the quality checks are satisfactory and can be released from the production plant. We also perform the final quality check prior to dispatch to reconfirm our commitment on quality.

Other Precast Products: RAK Precast also offers the following products • Cladding Panels • Solid Panels • Sandwich Panels • Insulated Panels where the major advantages of these products are deemed to minimize the construction duration, distinctive finish, architectural effects, distinctive shapes. Our high quality products ensures a longer durability of the building when compared to cast-in-situ structures • Stairs Precast stairs gives a very safe access to floors during the construction, where it saves time and cost, since the shuttering and scaffolding works are eliminated. The major advantage of precast staircase is the smooth surface finish with high quality durability and does not require any additional finishing layers which are done in cast-in-situ. As all risers on flights are exactly the same height, precast stairs are therefore much more comfortable to walk on compared to most stairs cast-in-situ. Since all the preparatory and finishing works are done in-house, only erection works are done at site and ready to access immediately upon erection.
