CLASS DESCRIPTIONS GROUP CYCLE STUDIO
Cycle-Strength Cycle-Strength is a complete riding experience designed to improve cardiovascular and strength conditioning. Ride to the rhythm of powerful music through hill climbs, sprints, jumps and other challenging drills. Take your workout to the next level with 25 minutes of circuit strength training in Studio X to sculpt and tone your entire body.
Group Cycle eXpress
Group Cycle eXpress is a complete riding experience designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Ride to the rhythm of powerful music through hill climbs, sprints, and other challenging drills. Train like a true cyclist with the innovative Technogym tracking system, creating a totally immersive and inspirational riding experience. *Note: eXpress Group Cycle is a 45-minute class.
STUDIO X
Mat Pilates Our modern pilates class will get your blood flowing and your core working. This energizing class will focus on build-ing strength, mobility and balance with carefully choreographed sequences designed to flow seamlessly. Enjoy the benefits of getting stronger, longer and leaner. All fitness levels welcome.
Barre Fusion Barre Fusion is a low-impact class that takes aspects from ballet barre exercises and cardiovascular conditioning into one head to toe sculpting and calorie burning routine!
STRENGTH ZONE
HIIT Circuit
HIIT Circuit is designed specifically for small group training (4-10 people) to provide the same individual attention as one-on-one training, while adding the community dynamic of training in a group setting. This 45-minute circuit combines strength training, core work, and cardio intervals to increase lean muscle mass, burn calories fast, and boost your metabolism.
Total Athletic Conditioning Athletic conditioning is a high-intensity group fitness class inspired by the fundamental movements of sport and athletics. This class will improve mobility, reaction time, and agility as you develop strength , explosive power and muscular endurance.
All classes are 1 hour in length, unless otherwise indicated.
*45-minute classes.
Class schedules and offerings are subject to change.
Pilates Reformer (Thursday 6:30pm & Saturday 9:30am) = $15.00/session fee [pre-booking required]

PILATES REFORMER STUDIO
Pilates Reformer
Pilates Reformer is an excellent option for beginners or those interested in delving deep into the funda-mentals of optimal movement. It is a balanced workout that challenges how to use your core in relation to the resistance provided by the reformer machine. Build on key principles of core control, fluid motion and coordination. All levels welcome.
[$15.00 + HST fee per session for 10XTO members, $35.00 + HST fee for non-members and guests of Hotel X Toronto—pre-booking is required]
HOT YOGA STUDIO
Sunrise Yoga Greet your day with awareness, movement, and breath with this energetic practice. This class will get your heart rate up, while working to invigorate your body, open your heart, and awaken your mind.
Hot Yoga
This class combines the intensity and strength-building exercises of a HIIT class with the flow and body awareness of yoga. It’s goal is to develop strength and balance to increase your yoga practice while in-creasing your breath connection as your heartrate increases.
Inferno Pilates
A 45-minute heated class that blends the principles of pilates with the flow of yoga. This class uses both styles to increase strength, flexibility and balance while increasing your heart rate with its challenging sequencing. All levels welcome that desire a good challenge.
Hot Power Yoga
This 60-minute heated power yoga practice is open to everybody! Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time, or are an advanced yogi, you’ll be led through an enthusiastic and powerful practice. You will learn the foundations of power yoga, various forms of breath work, and modifications to soften or increase the intensity in each pose.
Energetic Flow A 60-minute Vinyasa based flow spiced with Kundalini movements to move stagnant energy in your body. Fused with pranayama, an energetic playlist, and essential oils, each fow is designed to build strength, stamina, and peace of mind.
Vinyasa/Saturday/Sunday Flow
A one-hour dynamic yoga flow class suitable for all levels of practice that weaves breath-work, medita-tion and movement together. Explore static postures and flow-like transitions paired to breath and clear intentions.
Slow Flow A slower placed flow geared toward breath and body connection as ou move more consciously. This class is a combination of vinyasa flow and yin to cater to injuries.

ETIQUETTE FITNESS FLOOR ETIQUETTE:
10XTO Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors are the only authorized professionals to provide coaching, nutritional
consultations and/or program design within the club.
We strongly encourage all members to complete a MyWellness App orientation with one of our Fitness Professionals
prior to starting a new exercise program.
Secure all personal items, including fitness bags, in the lockers provided located in the respective change rooms before
visiting the fitness floor.
Replace equipment to the designated location when finished.
Wipe down equipment after each use with the disinfectant wipes provided throughout the fitness floor.
To avoid spills and breakage, only secured, non-glass drinking containers are permitted in the club.
Members and guests are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and athletic shoes while on the fitness floor.
Fitness Floor Age Requirements:
Ages 12-13 must be supervised by a parent, or accompanied by a 10XTO Fitness Professional.
Ages 14-15 must have completed a fitness orientation with a 10XTO Fitness Professional.
Ages 11 and under are not permitted on the Fitness Floor.
GROUP FITNESS CLASS ETIQUETTE:
Members are required to sign into their MyWellness App to ensure a spot in any Group Fitness class.
All Group Fitness classes will follow a 5-minute rule for late participants. This will apply to both members and guests and
will be implemented for all classes. If you are more than 5-minutes late, entrance into the class will not be permitted—
even if the class is not full.
For classes that are waitlisted—the 5-minute rule applies. Your spot will be forfeited to a member on the waitlist at the 5-
minute mark, no exceptions.
WAITLIST: If a spot becomes available, the app will immediately send a notification to all members on the waitlist. The
available spot will be awarded to the first member to secure their spot off of the waitlist and into the class. This is a first
come, first serve system.
Should you choose to show up for the class without a secured spot, in hopes that there will be a no show, please
wait outside of the studio. If another member forfeits their spot by not showing up, our team will permit your en-
trance into the class on a first come, first serve basis.
Please respect he capacity (number of participants), that has been established for each class. The safety and quality of
your Group Fitness class experience is our priority, and is the foundation of each decision made.
Group Fitness Age Requirements:
Children under 12 years of age will not be permitted in any Group Fitness classes.
Children between the ages of 12-15 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate in a Group Fitness
class.
Children 16 years of age or older are permitted to participate in Group Fitness classes on their own.
