All checks should be endorsed with the payees’ signature. The words, “For mobile deposit at Greater Alliance FCU only" and include your Member Account Number should be written underneath. Deposit tickets are not required and will not scan. Deposited checks should be retained in a secure area for a minimum of 45 days.

When taking a photo/picture of your check, please make sure that the check is flat and smooth and there are no shadows on the check. It is best to take a photo on a dark surface and keep the check image within the view finder on your screen. It is important that the check is not blurry, all four corners are visible and the numbers on the bottom of the check are readable.

IMPORTANT TIPS ON REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE?

There is no long term contract. But if you must cancel the service we understand, just call or stop by one of our branches and we will stop the service.
