ONSITE RADIO MANAGEMENT TRAININGMaking sure your radios are fully operational is a high priority. We provide you with radio management training to help you provision, program and maintain your radios. This enables you to configure your own radio channels, talk groups, site access, users IDs, priority codes and other required functions that meet your business needs.

MINIMIZE DOWNTIMEONSITE SUPPORT. When required, our field technicians are dispatched to your location to address issues affecting your radios or assist with radio problems that cannot be diagnosed or resolved remotely.

In addition to normal wear and tear, we provide you with protection against accidental breakage and coverage for chemical, liquid and physical damage. Using state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment, repair tools and replacement parts, factory-trained and certified repair technicians troubleshoot, analyze, test and repair your radios within three days.
