I. General information about the organization 1) History of the company:

JSC "Lyakhovichi Flax Factory" was established on December 30, 1996 by

the decision of the Brest Regional Committee for State Property Management and Privatization and registered by the decision of the Lyakhovichi District Executive Committee of January 28, 1997 as a transformation of the state enterprise Lyakhovichi Flax Factory and is its successor.

Open Joint Stock Company "Lyakhovichi Flax Factory" is registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs for No. 200058029 on July 14, 2000 at the address: Lyakhovichi District, Zadvorje Village.

The distribution of the authorized capital as of October 20, 2016: District Own- 99,97%; agricultural enterprises – 0,01%; individuals and businesses – 0,02%

Raw materials processing plant itself grows and harvests in farms Lyakhovichi and Baranavichy district.

The main products are flax fibers.JSC "Lyakhovichi Flax Factory" is a two-unit flow plant for the processing

of the stanza trust.In 2014, the company "Lyakhovichi Flax Factory" refurbished the

plant with the installation of a high-performance line for the production of flax fiber.

In this connection, it built a new production building and installed a new production line for long and short flax fiber «DEPOORTERE» (Belgium).

Performance «Depoortere» line is 1, 4 t / h. The capacity of the line for the production of short flax fiber in turn allows to completely process the

waste of trepation remaining after the passage of flax through the long fiber production line.

Commissioning of new equipment allowed:- to ensure the continuity of processing of flax trimmings after

mechanized harvesting and separate flax harvesting technology, complete cleaning of flax seeds, technological thickness of the layer, careful trebling, removal of bonfire;

- Reduce energy costs, downtime for equipment repairs, time for interoperational transitions;

- increase the productivity of equipment for the production of flax fiber;In addition, the new equipment is equipped with an effective filter-

ventilation system that significantly improves working conditions and reduces harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

The factory organized the production of garments. The enterprise constantly accepts orders from other organizations for sewing garments. In addition, in 2011 the company installed a press to produce fuel briquettes from a bonfire.

For the production of flax led icheniya established permanent mechanized squad. Mekhotryad is equipped with soil-cultivating and flax harvesting equipment, qualified personnel.

For the development prospects of the enterprise, it is planned to retain specialization in the production of flax fiber, garments, production of fuel briquettes, and also to improve the structure of production and cultivation of agricultural products.

4) Enterprise capacity, market shareThe products produced by the flax factory have effective demand, both on

the domestic and foreign markets.The strategic goal of development of the linen industry of the Republic of

Belarus is to achieve high quality flax production and its cost-effective sales by all levels of the flax industry in the market conditions in the domestic and foreign markets.

Linen - This is the most high-tech crops. The competitiveness of the linen industry of the Republic of Belarus is formed on the field.

To obtain flax with high content of flax fiber - the most valuable product of flax cultivation - will be provided:

- Use lnopr igodnyh land for cultivation of flax;- Timely preparation of the soil in the autumn, which should begin no later

than seven days after harvest predecessor. Spring soil preparation will not be allowed, because Is a gross violation of technology;

- introducing the necessary fertilizer complex into the soil in accordance with the planned yield and soil quality after the predecessors;

- timely and qualitative preparation of seeds;- Timely sowing time according to the optimal rates of seed sowing,

depending on the purpose (commercial or seed crops);- Complex of plant protection;- Optimum terms of flax harvesting;- cleaning of flax trimmings into rolls with the arrangement of lumps in one

direction for effective primary processing;- Proper storage and transportation of flax to primary processing enterprises

(flax factories).The sale of flax fiber in the state order is carried out at the recommended

prices approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.

It is necessary to conduct a constant study of prices, both on the domestic and foreign markets, and proceeding from this search for more profitable markets, working with the buyer on prepayment.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus, due to high prices for linen fabrics, the demand may drop drastically, which reduces the demand for flax fiber. This situation is relevant for our plant.

In the long term, this process will be strengthened if we do not take proper economic and organizational measures aimed at finding internal reserves that would reduce the prime cost of flax fiber production and the development of cheap fabrics that could compete freely in the world commodity market.

The growth of exports of goods will be possible due to the stabilization of its production of the development of the marketing system in the Republic in order to monitor the market situation and improve the sales system.

Evaluation of the market situation involves studying not only the conjuncture, but also the emerging commercial relations, the growing competition for the many types of goods sold. The experience of foreign countries allows us to seek out the best partners, to orientate ourselves in the market, to take into account the tendencies of supply and demand, and ultimately to have a forecast of the emerging market situation with the aim of concluding the most profitable commercial transactions.

At the international commodity market competitive ability of the Belarusian flax fiber is very low compared to countries zapadnoev pean bloc and other regions of the world, both in flax fiber and for seed, as well as derived from flax. Such a situation requires the processing and establishment, in conjunction with

commercial structures, of close ties and creative contacts with Western European and Eastern countries.

When developing the work on setting up export operations for flax production in the coming years, the main attention should be paid to resolving the issues that really guarantee the economic benefit to the republic.

First, the export of flax fiber, products from them and flax seeds to the CIS countries and foreign countries at favorable prices for both sides.

Secondly, at this stage of the organizational and economic development of the republic should combine the public sector of production with the base of commodity farms. For this purpose it is necessary to follow the way of creating a network of specialized units for the production of high-quality flax fiber and flax seed.

Thirdly, to identify the base flax growing farms and consolidate them to the processing plants, providing the advanced technology of growing, harvesting and processing of flax raw materials in order to obtain high quality flax fiber, providing technical conditions for the delivery of products for export.

Fourth, to develop and implement measures that provide material incentives for workers engaged in the production of export flax products.

Further improvement of the situation in the linen subcomplex of the republic lies in the plane of organizational and managerial decisions and it is impossible without radical reorganization of foreign economic activity on the basis of a centralized sales organization for producers and primary processors.

In the conditions of the republic, when exports are a factor determining the use of the potential of the linen complex, the search for ways to enter the world market, namely, the organization of sales will be crucial.
