3.1 Website

A company website has become an essential tool to attract customers and keep them

informed of what the business is doing. Today, customers prefer to browse products by

themselves, and websites give them this ability to choose what they like. The main

stakeholders to a website are customers, community and government.

3.1.1 Customers

A website allows the business to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so it helps

customers to be online at anytime they wish. It informs customers about new features and

special offers.

Advertising helps to inform the customers about the product. Also, it announces new

product that the companies try to sell to the public. It used to grab the attention of potential

customers. Furthermore, companies can influence the customers by using strategic

communication that occurs to the government. What does the company want to know from

launching the product to the market.
