History

The internet was a result of unrealistic thinking by people in the early 1960s who thought it had great potential for sharing info on research and development in scientific and military fields.

A guy named Charley Kline that went to the University Of California Los Angelas, was the first to use the internet trying to connect to the Stanford Research Institute.

The Present Day

The Internet is a unique gateway to a vast wealth of knowledge and information, and its uses are almost unlimited. The World Wide Web is deeply set in our culture and everyday lives.
