Zentangle is the practice of creating beautiful images

from step-by-step, repeating patterns. No art experience is needed: if you can draw a stick figure, you can do this!

Putting our full intention on each step of the pattern creates a

feeling of focus and relaxation that is such a contrast to our usual hurried and stressful mode of operation. And the bonus is a

beautiful piece of artwork!

There are over 100 patterns in Zentangle. Each pattern is made up of easy, yet deliberate, strokes of the pen, using combinations

of dots, lines and arcs. Just like with teams, when the patterns are combined together they make a much bigger impact.

As a team building, the Zentangle process can be used to create individual art or collaborative art to hang in your department – or

both! This special team-building format can be taught in our inspirational studio or in your own space; it’s a very portable

(and non-messy) artform that uses minimal supplies!
