Removed and replaced engine assembly and all accessories with overhauled engine and accessories (engine overhauled by RAM Aircraft, TSIO-520-R, SIN 278296-R, for details see engine log book). Note: Fuel injection system adjusted as per TCM SID97-3E. 2. Engine equipped with Slick PIN 6320 pressurized magnetos, for details see FAA Form 337 this date. 2. Repaired and painted engine baffling and replaced baffle seals as needed, repaired fuel drain lines, and heat shields etc. as needed. 3. Removed and replaced Throttle, Mixture and Propeller control cables with new cable assemblies. 4. Removed and replaced complete exhaust system with new Knisley WelQing modified exhaust system, as per STC Number SA5012NM, and SE5009NM, PIN 1250860MA, (Inc. PIN K1250860-203 heat exchanger) see FAA form 337 this date for details. 5. Removed and replaced all engine compartment fuel and oil hoses with new RAM Supplied hoses (Kit PIN 1449-4). 6. Removed and replaced all engine shock mounts with new mounts. 7. Removed and replaced main ship battery with new battery (Gill PIN G242). 8. Removed and replaced propeller governor with overhauled governor, P/N-C290D4UIT2. 9. Removed and installed propeller after overhaul (Overhauled by Memphis Propelle'r Service). 10. Removed and replaced throttle position to ge~r warning switch cable with new cable. 11. Removed and replaced fuel strainer cable with new cable. 12. Removed and replaced engine to airframe ground strap with new strap. 13. Removed and replaced engine induction air filter assembly with new filter assembly (Note: AD 84-26-02 Applies). 14. Removed and replaced alternate air door magnetic latch with new latch assembly. 15. Removed and replaced vacuum pump with overhauled vacuum pump (overhauled by Holly Aero). 16_ Removed and replaced all main and nose landing gear flexible hydraulic hoses with new hoses (supplied from Cessna). 17. Serviced landing gear, wheel bearings, fluid reservoirs, and checked fuel screen. 18. Removed and replaced LH and RH, aft nose gear door hinges and hinge pins with. new hinges and pins. 19. Performed landing gear warning horn and safety switch operationar test & found the warning horn & safety switch to operate properly. 20. Removed and replaced LH and RH brake linings with new linings and resealed RH and LH brake calipers and bled brake system. 21. Checked all control cable tensions and found within limits. 22. Removed and replaced nose tire and tube with new Goodyear Flight Custom III tire and new tube. 23. Removed and replaced LH and RH main tires and tubes with new Goodyear Flight Custom II tires and new tubes. 24. Removed and replaced oxygen cylinder with serviceable cylinder (PIN 176307-76, SIN K600765/54). Cylinder was re-certified (hydrostatic tested) by Shoreline Marine, dba Safetech, see W/O number XD11030 dated 9/16/2011 for details. 25. Removed and replaced pilot inboard and outboard and co-pilot inboard and outboard seat rails with new rails. 26. Removed and replaced LH and RH inner and outer cabin side windows and aft cabin window with new windows.
