How does the Student Records
Reporting Dashboard work?

How to Log in…1. www.nyu.edu/brio2. Log in using your NYU log in information (not your Stern info)

Click on Student Records, then SR-Prod

You’ve made it to the Dashboard!

1.Enter in your unique EPM User name (this is your netID) & Password
2.Press GO!

Select the Excel extract or formatted report from the menu:
If you have not done so already, please review FERPA policy!
Student Data• Basic Enrollment - enrolled, not enrolled, maintaining
matriculation, dropped for non-payment, full-time/part-time, leave of absence, etc.
• Bio/demo Info: contact information, sex, ethnicity, age, etc.• Academic Statistics – grade-point averages, earned hours,
attempted hours, probation status• Students’ Course Information – list of courses students
are taking, midterm grades, final grades• Advisor Information – assigning and tracking students’
advisors• Other Attributes - major, minor, graduation term

S-Reports!
Course Data Course Set-up - all courses being offered in a term
with faculty, enrollment caps, meeting times and all other course attributes
Class roster - single roster for combined sections including student email
Profile of students in course - home school, major, level, etc.
Grade information by course/department
Program/Plan Data Major/Minor - all students in a department’s major or
minor

Enter desired filters using the list boxes – when finished click SUBMIT button…

Results are displayed for review and the data can be extracted to Excel with the click of a button:

The data can then be manipulated using the full set of Excel tools:

Formatted reports can be saved as an Adobe PDF with the click of a button…
