Meet Brad, our Managing Director at Trackspares who has been working in the industry for 20 years and loving it. He notes his two biggest accomplishments so far as raising a family, and being the Australian director of a successful undercarriage supply and rebuild business with international recognition (Trackspares) for the last 5 years.

Professionally, Brad is passionate about creating and building a business that is not only sustainable, providing employment opportunities for the many, but producing a product and service that equates to that of the OEM or higher. Personally, he is passionate about raising a family that will become vibrant, contributing members of the world we live in. If he could do anything and not get paid for it, it would be to travel (which may require working a little longer) or volunteering.

Brad says, “I enjoy working at Trackspares due to engaging directly with our staff, manufacturing facilities and international parent company in a management, hands on and technical capacity.”

“Surprisingly I am very good at working on a solution, not adding to the problem and “joining the dots.”

I’m often complimented on my consistency – consistently getting back to our customers, consistently getting the most out of undercarriage usage, consistently having our work completed on time, consistently saving our client financially”.

Brad is pleased to say that, in his opinion, there are no ideal clients, just clients. Regardless of the company’s size, industry or make up, the same great level of service and support should be provided to every client, every time. He believes that a client’s experience should be a direct reflection of management’s ability to work with their team.

Brad says “I consistently solve problems for customers by providing the best cost possible. But, I would go as far as saying by building a direct relationship with our clients we gain a better understanding of the difficulties they face, allowing a flexible, customised solution”.

“The biggest proof that I’m good at what I do is that I have signed multiple supply and service agreements with some of the largest earthmoving/mining and civil construction companies globally”, Brad concluded.

What you’re saying...

Building an earthmoving business from the ground up was never going to be easy. Finding the right equipment and keeping a consistent flow of work coming is hard enough, but all too often it is the time, money and downtime wasted on waiting too long for my undercarriage supply and service, not to mention repair and maintenance spare part requirements that is one of my biggest frustrations. I was referred to Trackspares by an industry colleague, who relayed positive experiences with their customer service, product knowledge and focus on quality; all attributes I aim to put forward in my own business. Since putting Trackspares to the test, I have been impressed with the way they go about business, putting the customer first, and going above and beyond what any other supplier is willing to offer by way of their customer service. It’s refreshing to see the Trackspares’ Team doing things that little bit differently. I enjoy doing business with them, and would gladly recommend them to any earthmoving contractor, large or small.
