bond gives the moleculars good internal plasticization. So the resins are flexible enough and do not

plasticizer.

materials. Even on the surface of aluminum or zinc, the paints still have good adhesion.

Solubility

MP25 is soluble in aromatic and halohydrocarbon, esters, ketones, glycol, ester acetates and some

glycol ethers. Aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols are diluents and not true solvents for MP25.

Only MP25 and MP35 in 1.1.1-trichloroethane.

Compatibility

MP25 is compatible with vinyl chloride copolymers, unsaturated polyester resins, cyclohexanone

resins, aldehyde resins, coumarone resins, hydrocarbon resins, urea resins, alkyd resins modified by

oil and fatty acids, natural resins, drying oil, plasticizers, tars, and bitumen.

Fireproof Ability

MP25 contain chlorine atom, which gives the resins fireproof ability. With addition of other flame

resistant pigment, filler and fire retardant, they can be used in fire retardant paint for construction

and other fields.

Safety

The normal precautions relating to handing chemicals and local regulations on industrial hygiene

must be observed. The place of work must be well ventilated, skin care measures should be adopted,

and safety goggles should be worn.

Package and storage:

1. Packed in the kraft bag with PE liner. 20kgs/bag.

Polyketone Resin ● Charateristics

Polyketone resin is a kind of hard resin with high photostability. It’s non-toxic and light-coloured. And it’s soluble

in any solvent used in coating industry except for fatty alkane and water. It also can be mixed and solved with many resins

used in paint and ink. So it can raise paint’s and ink’s properties greatly, such as glossiness、adhesion 、pigment

wettability、hardness of surface layer and system’s solid content. Furthermore, it can reduce system’s viscosity. When

Application 1. Binding agent: UM type resin can be used as adhesives, especially in shoe industry.( for leather-leather binding). Suitable to be applied as coloring chips. UM type resin can also be used as adhesives for binding PVC, wood, sand stone bricks, glass, leather, fiber plate and paper. 2.Varnish UM type resin can be applied to make vanish for paper and shaped PVC products with waterproof, abrasion resistance, chemicals and oil, grease resistance properties. It is ideal material in packing industry, which requires durable, odorless, and meeting Food Hygiene requirement.

3. Strippable coatings: UM type resin has poor adhesion to metal, so, it can be used as strippable coatings to protect the metal surface, the stripping property can be adjusted by adding mineral oil or silicon oil.

4. Coatings for cement and brick construction and road mark paint. For this application, UM type resin can be used solely, its can also be used together with vinyl chloride - vinyl acetate - maleic acid copolymer resin. The paint has long storing life, easy use, quick drying and forming film, good wearing resistance, especially, resistant to oil, grease, gasoline, salt and water, which assures its long working life, even for newly built asphalt or cement road.

Properties:

Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetates- Maleic Acid Copolymer is a kind of thermoplastic resin with carboxyl group, therefore, it features good adhesions to aluminum foil, also features excellent adhesions to PVC products, paper, fibers, glasses, bricks and cement, wood etc. materials.

The product is easy to be dissolved in ketones such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone and isophorone; also can be dissolved in ester solvents such as methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butyl aerate, DOP, DBP etc. The product is compatible with PVC, Epoxy resin, alkyd resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, and polyesters.It is non-toxic, odorless, and nonflammable. It is not affected by acid, base, salt, alcohol, oil, and ester at room temperature with good chemical stability and water, salty mist resistances.

Application: UMCH, mainly used as primer for golden and silver card papers; varnish and inks; medical use aluminum foils coatings, galvanized tin coating; spraying paint for plastic case of electrics, toys; metal (ship) anti-corrosive coatings and adhesives for pneumatic gun nails.
