A. No. All travel is confirmed in the employee’s name and charged to the corporate card on file with Air Travel. You may not change the passenger’s name or credit card information.

A. Speed e-Traveler adds these to each reservation provided you have saved the information in your online user profile.

• There are two reasons this occurs.1) The most frequent is a forgotten password.
Solution: E-mail Maxine Sklopan or Keith Taylor to have your password reset to “ipaper”.
2) Your Speed e-Traveler account has not been activated. Solution: Fax a traveler’s profile form to Air Travel with a
note requesting Speed e-Traveler access.
