1) Determine deadline date for your school orders. Inform parents.2) Photocopy a Teacher Tally Sheet for each teacher. Each teacher

should collect forms (with payment) and tally the orders for his/herroom.

3) Collect completed Tally Sheets. Compile information from the tallysheets and record on the Facilitator’s Worksheet.

4) Complete the School Order Form and send one check – payable toBright Ideas Press, LLC – for the school’s entire order.
