Demonstrate experimentally that people in the over 40 age group possess reserves of hidden skills, of which businesses and (often) the individuals themselves are unaware
Demonstrate that VPL, successfully experimented in Investing in People with EMPLOYED workers, can be just as successful with over 40 UNEMPLOYED workers in the Maieuta project
