In 2008, The American Alpine Club presents an international conference; “Exit Strategies ： Managing Human Waste in the Wild” (Nov 6 and 7) in Golden, Colorado

アメリカン・アルパイン・クラブは 2008 年 11月 6 日～ 7 日、コロラド州のゴールデンにおいて「最終的にどうする？：　原野での排泄物対策」をテーマに国際会議を開催します

This conference will be focused on wild areas worldwide that had a significant human waste problem and reduced this impact through innovative measures, partnerships, volunteerism and compliance. Participants from around the world will be welcomed. この会議は、世界各地の原野で大きな問題となっている排泄物処理と環境保全に焦点をあてて開催されます。斬新な対策、協力関係、ボランティア活動およびコンプライアンス（法令順守）の徹底などについて議論します。世界各地からの参加者を歓迎します。
