Please review the full version of these Rules at www.heartstrokelottery.caAll inquiries, if any, regarding the 1 in 2 odds, conduct, prizing, and procedures of the Lottery are to be made to the licensee prior to the order of ticket(s).

Eligibility Ticket purchasers and any other persons named on a ticket must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario and cannot be mailed outside of Ontario. Only tickets that have been paid and verified as paid by the respective sales deadline are eligible. The Rules prohibit the following individuals and all persons residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Employees and Board Members of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada; partners and employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates and employees of licensed gaming suppliers for this Lottery.

TicketsTickets will be available until February 16, 2018 at midnight or while supplies last. There are 131,250 tickets printed (Only 125,000 tickets will be sold and 6,250 to be awarded as prizes). Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack for $250 or a 5-pack for $375. Ticket numbers will be issued in sequential order. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. Only one method of payment may be used per order. Tickets are only refundable prior to the draw date for which they are eligible. Physical ticket(s) will be mailed (please allow a minimum of 14 business days) to the address provided at the time of the order.

Up to three names may be recorded on a Heart&Stroke Lottery ticket. The Purchaser must be named on the ticket. Any requests to change the name of an official ticket must be made prior to the draw date for which the ticket is eligible.

Prizes will be drawn using Random Number Generator (RNG) software, and winning tickets will be eligible for subsequent draws. The sequence of draws will be as follows: The first draw will be for the Loyalty Prizes. Only tickets purchased by midnight, October 20, will qualify for the Loyalty Prize Draws (5 Prizes). Prize ClaimPrizes will be awarded to Purchaser named on the official ticket. 50/50 Draw Tickets All Rules applicable to the Lottery also apply to the 50/50 Draw. Tickets for the 50/50 Draw are sold separately of the Heart&Stroke Lottery, and can be ordered as an add-on to the Heart&Stroke Lottery or Cash Calendar Lottery ticket purchase. The winner of the 50/50 Draw prize will receive 50% of the total accumulated jackpot. There is a minimum guaranteed payout of $500,000. The total jackpot is dependent upon the gross revenue generated from tickets sold. Tickets are $10 each or a 5-Pack for $25 or 15-Pack for $50. The total number of 50/50 tickets available for sale is unlimited based on the supply of Heart&Stroke Lottery tickets. HEART&STROKE LOTTERY RULES & REGULATIONSBelow is a summary of the rules and regulations for the Heart&Stroke Lottery. Please review the full version of these Rules at www.heartstrokelottery.caAll inquiries, if any, regarding the 1 in 2 odds, conduct, prizing, and procedures of the Lottery are to be made to the licensee prior to the order of ticket(s).

Eligibility Ticket purchasers and any other persons named on a ticket must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario and cannot be mailed outside of Ontario. Only tickets that have been paid and verified as paid by the respective sales deadline are eligible. The Rules prohibit the following individuals and all persons residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Employees and Board Members of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada; partners and employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates and employees of licensed gaming suppliers for this Lottery.

TicketsTickets will be available until February 16, 2018 at midnight or while supplies last. There are 131,250 tickets printed (Only 125,000 tickets will be sold and 6,250 to be awarded as prizes). Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack for $250 or a 5-pack for $375. Ticket numbers will be issued in sequential order. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. Only one method of payment may be used per order. Tickets are only refundable prior to the draw date for which they are eligible. Physical ticket(s) will be mailed (please allow a minimum of 14 business days) to the address provided at the time of the order.

Up to three names may be recorded on a Heart&Stroke Lottery ticket. The Purchaser must be named on the ticket. Any requests to change the name of an official ticket must be made prior to the draw date for which the ticket is eligible.

DrawsWinning tickets will be drawn under the supervision of Deloitte LLP. The records of Deloitte LLP shall be deemed correct and final. Prizes will be drawn using Random Number Generator (RNG) software, and winning tickets will be eligible for subsequent draws. The sequence of draws will be as follows: The first draw will be for the Loyalty Prizes. Only tickets purchased by midnight, October 20, will qualify for the Loyalty Prize Draws (5 Prizes). The draws will take place on October 31, 2017 10:00 am. The second draw will be for the VIP Prizes. Only tickets purchased by midnight, November 10, will qualify for the VIP Prize Draws (2 Prizes). The draws will take place on November 27, 2017 10:00 am. The third draw will be for the Travel Canada Prizes. Only tickets purchased by midnight, January 19, will qualify for the Travel Canada Prize Draws (6,251 Prizes). The draws will take place on January 30, 2018 10:00 am. The fourth draw will be for the Early Bird Prize. Only tickets purchased by midnight, February 9, will qualify for the Early Bird Prize Draw (1 Prize). 50/50 Draw Tickets All Rules applicable to the Lottery also apply to the 50/50 Draw. Tickets for the 50/50 Draw are sold separately of the Heart&Stroke Lottery, and can be ordered as an add-on to the Heart&Stroke Lottery or Cash Calendar Lottery ticket purchase. The winner of the 50/50 Draw prize will receive 50% of the total accumulated jackpot. There is a minimum guaranteed payout of $500,000. The total jackpot is dependent upon the gross revenue generated from tickets sold. Tickets are $10 each or a 5-Pack for $25 or 15-Pack for $50. The total number of 50/50 tickets available for sale is unlimited based on the supply of Heart&Stroke Lottery tickets. HEART&STROKE CASH CALENDAR LOTTERY RULES & REGULATIONSBelow is a summary of the rules and regulations for the Heart&Stroke Cash Calendar Lottery. Please review the full version of these Rules at www.heartstrokelottery.ca

EligibilityTicket Purchasers and individuals named on a ticket must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario and cannot be mailed outside of Ontario. Only tickets that have been paid and verified as paid by the respective sales deadline are eligible. The Rules prohibit the following individuals and all persons residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Employees and Board Members of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (the “Foundation”); partners and employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates and employees of licensed gaming suppliers for this Lottery.

Tickets Tickets will be available until February 16, 2018 at midnight or while supplies last. There are 825,000 tickets available. Tickets are 4-pack for $20, 12-pack for $50, 20-pack for $75, or 35-pack for $125 and are not tax deductible. Ticket numbers will be issued in sequential order. For each order placed, one official receipt will be issued. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. Only one method of payment may be used per order. Tickets are only refundable prior to the draw date for which they are eligible. Physical ticket(s) will be mailed (please allow a minimum of 14 business days) to the address provided at the time of the order. Up to three names may be recorded on a Heart&Stroke Cash Calendar Lottery ticket. Any requests to change the name of an official ticket must be made prior to the draw date for which the ticket is eligible.

GiftingOnly the Purchaser will be notified of winnings. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to track distribution of ticket number(s) and allocate any winnings. Cheques will be made payable to the purchaser and mailed to the address provided by the Purchaser at the time of ticket order.

Prizes There are 2,597 prizes to be won, valued at $985,330 (including all taxes and freight). All Prizes are: tax-exempt for Ontario residents, and must be accepted as awarded. No prize substitutions except where a cash alternative option is specified.

Holiday Gifting Prize: There will be 5 winners of $5,000 each to be awarded. Last Chance Prize: There will be 5 winners of $5,000 each to be awarded. Daily Prizes: There are 44 prizes of $10,000 each to be awarded daily. Daily Gift Card Prizes: There are a total of 2,511 $30 Shoppers Drugmart Gift Cards to be awarded. There will be 81 awarded daily between March 1 to 31, 2018. TGIF Prizes: There are 20 prizes of $15,000 each to be awarded. Money Mondays Prizes: There are 12 prizes of $10,000 each to be awarded.


DrawsWinning tickets will be drawn under the supervision of Deloitte LLP. The records of Deloitte LLP shall be deemed correct and final. Prizes will be drawn using Random Number Generator (RNG) software, and winning tickets will be eligible for subsequent draws. The sequence of draws will be as follows: The first draw will be for the Holiday Gifting Prize. Only tickets purchased by midnight, December 22, will qualify for the Holiday Gifting Prize Draw (5 Prizes). The draw will take place on January 12, 2018 10:00 am. The second draw will be for the Last Chance Prize. Only tickets purchased by midnight, February 16, 2018 will qualify for the Last Chance Prize Draw (5 Prizes). The draw will take place on February 27, 2018 10:00 am. The next draws will be for the Daily, Daily Gift Card, TGIF and Money Mondays Prizes. Only tickets purchased by midnight, February 16, will qualify for the Daily, Daily Gift Card, TGIF and Money Mondays Draws (2,587 Prizes). The draws will take place on March 1, 2018 10:00am. All winners of the Daily, Daily Gift Card, TGIF and Money Mondays Prizes will be notified in writing within 2 weeks of the day for which their winning ticket was selected.
