FORGE PRODUCTIONIt is equipped with lines of cross-wedge pre-forming, lines of heat treatment, presses. Produc�vity is 900 tn. forgings in a month, more than 50 types of forgings are mastered.

MACHININGProcessing of details is made with the help of modern processing equipment with numeric control (VIKTOR, SAMSUNG, ML). Robo�c lines of processing are introduced and keepable of producing iden�cal details on a mass scale.

PRODUCTION OF GENERAL MECHANICAL RUBBER GOODSHighly produc�ve, the automated moulding plants of REP firm (France) are used.

WORKSHOP OF ASSEMBLY AND COLOURINGThe workshop is equipped with the modern pain�ng line

with the technology mee�ng requirements ofinterna�onal standards.

TOOL PRODUCTIONOwn tool produc�on provides 80% forge and basic equipment produc�on.

џ The increase in the supply of machinery for PJSC "KAMAZ" due to mastering of a new product in terms of the import subs�tu�on program, mastering of a new model line in the strategy of PJSC "KAMAZ";

џ The product strategy is focused on the development of competencies, the transi�on to the supply of integrated solu�ons for the client, expressed in the enlargement of the part. What, in its turn, requires improvement of the R&D direc�on: upgrading of engineering competences (design, technological), development of a tes�ng laboratory, studying global trends in the automo�ve industry;

џ Entering new markets, segments of autocomponents for trailers, manufacturers of heavy freight vehicles of foreign origin;

џ Development of the quality management system to the level of compliance with interna�onal standards IATF 16949;

џ Work on improving business efficiency by streamlining of core and auxiliary processes.

In the perspec�ve of 3 years it is planned to develop such projects as: Suspension of the cabin, spring suspension, li�ing and turning axle, bus suspension.
