Meet the Administrative Team Wayne Brown, Executive Director,
opened the business with his wife Kristine. Their goal was to
provide a great place for Western New Yorks hardest workers to find
employment. Born and raised in Buffalo, Waynes passion is to help
Western New Yorks economy for employers and for their workers.
Wayne spends most of his external office time working with our
newest clients. Additionally, he is constantly recruiting new
opportunities for All Team Western New Yorks employees; in hopes of
providing the most ideal work opportunities for our temporary
