　 According to the basis of equality and reciprocity, to accelerate the animation and manga digital contents industry at the government level and industry-academy-research level, at Mar. 6th, 2008, the officials of Japan, China and Korea considered the following points carefully and widely at the conference for department chiefs.

1.They discussed the possibility of supporting from government to the structure of Asian animation and manga digital contents industry.

2. They agreed to build deeper cooperation of the community for the Asian animation and manga digital contents industry at industry-academy-research level.

3. They agreed to convene Asiagraph annually to accelerate the Asian animation and manga digital contents industry.
