This ELT has been tested and inspected in accordance with FAR 91.207 par d and found to comply at this time. Installed new tires and tubes on main wheels. Installed new nose gear tire. Cleaned and packed wheel bearings. Removed paint from right elevator. Primed with epoxy primer and painted to match airframe. Installed new seals in brake calipers, installed new brake pads, and bled brake system. Installed new 5NBC713YJ uplock bearings, 1309098176 uplock bearing bolts, 35-815115 uplock springs, 100942C0020-31 Tension springs, 134553-4M rod ends, 35-815056-4 Rod ends, 35-815124 bushings, and NAS4645-33 bolts in main landing gear system. Greased system and ran normal and emergency. Installed new taxi light bulb. Serviced propeller accumulators with nitrogen. Lubed all hinges, pulleys and rod ends. Removed Continental I0-520-CB7B serial# 2~8591-R from left hand position. Installed Continental I0-520-C7B serial# 810876-R with McCauley 2AF34C55-NO serial ti 753993 in left hand position. Removed Continental I0-520-CB7B serial # 288424-R from right hand position. Installed Continental 10-520-C serial# 126383-8-C with Mccaul y

of gear-up landings caused by seizure of the uplock rollers by installing and greasing new

rollers. Due in 100 hours. AD 2013-16-01 To require an inspection of the elevator

balance weights does not apply due to weights not changed during time period. Tested -combustion heater burner can for leaks with no defects noted. Removed original

rotating beacon and installed Whelen 01-0790088-14 LED beacon assembly. I certify

that this airframe has been inspected in accordance with an Annual inspection and found to be airworthy at this time.
