The incoming inspection begins with the verification of the accompanying documentation for the incoming lot: the certificate of conformity, the certificate of quality.

Visual inspection of the vehicle with incoming raw materials, components, packaging.

Mounting instructions • Installation of polypropylene pipes should be carried out at an ambient temperature of at

least 0 ° C. The place of welding should be protected from atmospheric precipitation

and dust.

• Pipe joining by thermal polyfusion coupling method using a special welding machine.

Operating temperature is 260 ° C. • Connecting parts for socket welding are recommended to use the same manufacturer

as the pipe.

• The heating time for welding should be as specified in the technical data.

• Pipes and connecting parts made of polypropylene delivered to the facility at a negative
