GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF CONFERENCE PAPERS

Abstract: This sample contains guidelines for preparation of digests. The digest should contain the title, authors’ names and their affiliations, some keywords possibly selected from the topics of the journal issue, as well as brief and clearly given information about the purpose, the topic, achievement, the results and the methodology used.

Key words: higher education, occupational safety.

INTRODUCTIONThese guidelines are saved in Microsoft Word document. Please, use this document as a template. The length of the digest should be six pages of A4 format in total, two-column text with the space between columns of 0.5 cm. The page setup is: top margin 2.5 cm, bottom margin 2 cm, left margin 2.6 cm and right margin 2.1 cm.

PAPER ATTRIBUTESFont and stylesPlease, use only Times New Roman font. Several styles for different sections of the paper are given in these guidelines. All the styles employ single-spaced paragraphs, 3 pt before. The title, authors’ names, table and figure captions are centred. The affiliation, headings and subheadings are left aligned. References should be numbered using "Numbering". The font size, styles and spacing are shown in the Table 1.

Figures, tables and equationsTables and figures should be centred in the columns or over the whole page width. Table captions should be over the table, as in Table 1 (only with horizontal borders). Figure contents and figure caption should be in one column, put in two-row table without exterior border. Equations should be centred and numbered flush right, as in Eqn. (1),

CONCLUSIONPlease pay attention to the language, employing UK spell checker and automatic hyphenation. When submitting the digest using the online paper submission application do not forget to upload both .PDF and .DOC files.

BIOGRAPHY of the first author

Mary Smith was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1971. She received the diploma in mechanical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in robotics from the University of Nis, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Her main areas of research include mechatronics, artificial intelligence, etc. She is currently working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Occupational Safety in Nis, University of Nis.

Rezime: U templejtu su data uputstva za pripremu radova. Svaki članak mora sadržati naslov, imena autora i njihove afiliacije, ključne reči, kao i kratke i jasne informacije o ciljevima i temi istarživanja, dostignućima, rezultatima i metodologiji naučnog rada.

Ključne reči: visokoškolsko obrazovanje, zaštita na radu.
