Students that are accepted into the Salus PA program will complete the HS major core their Junior year. Upon completion of their Junior year, they will leave for Salus.

1. Foundations 40 credits

(Freshman/Sophomore)

3. Major Core 20 Credits(Junior)

2. PA Program Prerequisites 30 credits(Freshman/Sophomore)

4. Salus University Year 1 Transferor

Health Science Emphasis Core of Choice30 credits Apply for Salus PA

For students that stay, they will complete the HS emphasis of choice and use the PA Prerequisites as clusters.

After completing the PA prerequisites, you can apply for admission into the Salus PA Program.

After finishing their first year at Salus, 30 credits taken @ Salus will transfer back as HS credits. They will be given a degree in HS w/a Emphasis in Public Health.

When do I apply?

Application cycle is Apr 15-Aug 15. Talk to Brother Greg Klingler or Brother John Lewis for more information on applying

At the conclusion of the sophomore year (60-90 credits)

When would I start?

If you apply in 2014, you will start with the Salus August 2015 class

What if I graduate before the start of 2015 class?

You are encouraged to apply to Salus, however you would not qualify for the BYUI/Salus 3-2 Program

Where would I do my rotations?

The majority of rotations will be set up in Southeast Idaho, however it is not guaranteed that all rotations will be in SE Idaho
