City bank is in Big City (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya)

Regional bank is crowding specific area

The kind of bank

Passing to The city bank(especially Megabank) is difficult

The hired number ex) Mitsui sumitomo 1,300

To be a Bank Clerk

Ex) MItsui sumitomo 　 The overtime work is a lot The turnover rate of new employee is 30% for two years

Salary and Work environment

Average wage

Mitsuisumitomo bank 799万円

Office worker in Japan 414万円

So far Bank clerks not necessary being able to English But Today bank clerks need to be able to English

Relationship between English and Career

To be a bank clerk of megabank(Mitsui sumitomo, UFJ, Mizuho) is very difficult
