About In4Auctions

The In4velocity auction’s component

seamlessly integrates into your website or

homepage and displays the list of units that

you would want to auction to clients. The

auction units can be managed from the

In4Suite® application control directly from

the Sales Module. One can set the floor

price of the unit to be auctioned and the

minimum deposit amount that must be

available to bid for a unit. The end

customer must register and create a profile,

which then also becomes a lead for the

developer to follow up as the person has

expressed interest to buy.


About In4Auctions

The auction will have a time lapse method

and can be re-listed in case it does not sell

in the first instance. The winning bidders

must pay the minimum deposit amount as

blocking money to be able to claim the

winning bid at the time of closure. The

money would automatically get deducted

from the wallet if the user is a winner. This

will internally block the unit with money for

the customer. The customer will then get an

email / sms / alert to bring all the necessary

paperwork and down payment money to

proceed further.


About In4Auctions

The bidding process works like any other auction. An

increment value is set between each bid. Winner and

Losers at notified whenever a new bid is put in the

system. While the time is lapsing, the bidders have an

option to keep increasing the bid until the auction

concludes. If the floor price is not reached, the bid is

declared void and null, and can be selected to re-list

immediately or at a later point in time.
