WI-FIWe provide complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests – no password is required when you are in yourCottage. During periods of extreme weather conditions including high winds and heat, the Wi-Fi

service may be impacted.

When you are in The Eastern Golf Club Clubhouse, please enter the password Yering215 toaccess the Wi-Fi there.

TELEVISION Your television is set to receive all available free-to-air channels within Melbourne. You can also

access NETFLIX and YouTube for your enjoyment during your stay.

SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONER Each cottage is fitted with a reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling in summer and heating inwinter. The air conditioner is controlled by a remote control which is located on the wall at theentrance to your cottage. For optimum functioning please ensure your windows and doors are

closed and the blinds are drawn to minimise radiant heat.

Please do not operate the air conditioner when the wood fire heater is in use.

WOOD FIRE From May to September your wood fire will be prepared for your arrival and firewood will be

available on your deck. Extra kindling, fire lighters and firewood can be sourced from thewoodsheds conveniently located around the property.

A torch is located in the kitchen pantry for use during your stay if required.

LATE CHECK-OUT A late check-out is only permitted after prior arrangement with Management. Additional roomcharges may apply should you wish to extend your stay beyond 10.00am on the day of your

departure.

COTTAGE DECK Each cottage offers a different aspect within the precinct and your deck is the perfect place to sitand enjoy the peaceful, natural setting that surrounds you. Please consider other guests whenenjoying the area and keep noise to a minimum. Please do not throw anything from the deck.Gas barbeques are provided on the deck for your use during your stay. Please ensure the gas

bottle tap is turned off after each use and the barbeque is left clean and tidy.

COOKING An electric stove top and microwave oven are supplied for your use. To avoid triggering the

smoke alarms, please activate the range hood at all times when cooking.

DISHWASHER Dishwasher tablets can be found in the cupboard beneath the sink. Additional tablets can be

obtained from Reception.

ROOM SERVICEWe do not offer room service to our cottages.

A continental breakfast basket is provided in your cottage for you to enjoy at your leisure. We canassist with a selection of hampers, cheese and charcuterie boards from our Hamper Menu for

you to cook up using your barbeque or simply relax in front of the fire and enjoy after a dayexploring the Yarra Valley.

SECURITY When leaving your cottage unoccupied, please lock the doors and windows. All cottages should

be locked at night. For your personal security, each room is fitted with an electric safe. Please carefully read the

instructions for use and leave the safe unlocked on your departure. Management takes no responsibility for guests’ valuables that are lost or stolen within theproperty. Our terms and conditions of stay can be viewed on our website or at Reception.

PRECINCT ACCESS We ask that you respect the privacy of other guests on the property and that any guests visiting

you vacate the property by 10.00pm.

If you are returning to the precinct after 7.00pm, the front gate at Victoria Road will be closed andlocked. The access code you have been provided with on your check-in will allow you to enter the

property after 7.00pm. The gate code can also be found on the rear of your cottage key tag.

SPEED LIMITS For the safety of all guests, golfers, staff and wildlife please observe the 20km speed limit when

driving throughout the property.

FIRE For your safety each cottage is fitted with a hard-wired smoke detector, fire blanket and small fireextinguisher. Please familiarise yourself with the location of these items and the fire evacuationplan posted in your cottage. In the event of an emergency please evacuate your cottage to the

nearest emergency evacuation point as per the evacuation plan. In the unlikely event of a fire please contact the CFA by dialling 000 before contacting Reception.

HOUSEKEEPING We provide self-contained Cottages for your enjoyment. We would ask that you leave your

cottage in a tidy state, including stacking and turning on the dishwasher and taking your rubbishto the bin located at the rear of your cottage.

An excess cleaning charge may be levied as an incidental cost for cottages left in anunacceptable condition.

EXTRA LINEN Spare blankets and pillows are located within your bedroom wardrobe.

Please help us to preserve our beautiful natural environment by reusing your towels during yourstay. Your cottage will be provided with a complimentary linen change after four days. If you

require further linen changes, or would like to enjoy a daily service, this can be arranged and thefollowing charges apply:

One Bedroom Cottage: AU$50 per service Two Bedroom Cottage: AU$110 per service Four Bedroom Cottage: AU$220 per serviceFive Bedroom Cottage: AU$270 per service

Please advise reception prior to midday if you would like to add this to your stay.

COT HIRE Cots are available for hire from Reception. If not arranged prior to your arrival, cots will be

subject to availability and we will attempt to provide one for your stay.

LAUNDRY Our Guest Laundry is currently closed as part of our COVID-19 plan.

To ensure all guests can enjoy the beautiful cottage precinct, please refrain from hanging clothingfrom your deck. If you require a drying rack, please contact Reception.

SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside your cottage; however, you may smoke on your deck.

To ensure we maintain our pristine natural environment, please thoughtfully dispose of cigarettebutts in the ash tray provided.

Smoke taint within your cottage may incur an additional cleaning charge.

SAFETY & FIRST AID If you require first aid assistance during your stay, please contact Reception and the First Aider onduty will be able to provide treatment. if you require any assistance outside of our Reception hours,

please contact +61 0457 867 672.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, please phone 000 immediately.

For the safety of all guests, swimming in the Yarra River is not permitted.

WILDLIFE We are fortunate to have an array of native wildlife roaming freely throughout the Cottage precinct.For your safety, and the health of the animals, please keep a safe distance, photograph from afar

and do not attempt to feed or touch our resident wildlife.

When walking the trails, we recommend that you wear fully enclosed shoes at all times.

Team would be delighted to provide assistance in tailoring a menu that can be prepared for yourenjoyment.
