6 Inspection of Material: The Inspection of material will be made by authorized personals of VTI Bahawalpur uniforms are provided during the year. Moreover the supplier will produce the cloth quality certificate from reputed textile laboratory.

7 Deduction of Taxes: Any taxes (if applicable) will be deducted while making payment as per Government instructions / notifications.

8 Payment of Income Tax & other taxes::Purchase shall be made from the firms registered with income tax. Income Taxbe liability of the uniforms supplier.

9 Termination of Contract: President DBOM VTI Bahawalpur the supplier about his decision in writing.

10 Dispute: In case of any dispute before or after the execution of contract, matter will be resolved as per PPRA rules, Clause 67 & 68.
