SUMMER PLACEMENT REPORT(2020–22)
It is with great pride that IIM Tiruchirappalli announces thesuccessful completion of the Summer Placement process for theacademic year 2020-21 (Batch of 2020-22) of the Post GraduateProgram (PGP) in Management and Post Graduate Program in HR(PGP HR). Since its inception, IIM Trichy has become a preferreddestination for the recruiters across industries owing to its diverseeducational and work experience background & locationaladvantage.
The campus saw participation from regular recruiters such as AvalonConsulting, Deloitte, Godrej, Saint Gobain, BPCL, TAFE, Yes Bank,NatWest, JP Morgan Chase, Ultratech, Microsoft and participationfrom new recruiters such as McKinsey & Co, BNY Mellon, Adobe,Apollo Tyres, Mphasis, TVS Group and Murugappa Group offeringcoveted profiles across various domains.
A total of 95 companies participated in the placement processoffering 210 roles across various domains of Sales & Marketing,Finance, General Management, Strategy, Consulting, Operations, and29 roles in HR. The average stipend recorded at ₹85,377 with₹2,50,000 as the highest domestic stipend for PGPM and therespective figures for PGP HR are ₹45,379 and ₹1,00,000respectively.
