Electric remote control provides On/Off Control of sprayer booms, plus control of sprayer pressure from seat of the tractor. Cab mounted control box with swivel mounting bracket is equipped with extra-long switches for master On/Off and Pressure Adjustment, three boom toggle switches and 100 psi pressure gauge. Master switch activates all solenoid valves at once. Three direct acting solenoid valves and electric pressure regulator are furnished with the mounting bracket. A capillary tube supplies liquid to pressure gauge. (This control is not recommended for liquid nitrogen.)

BOOM MOUNT ANGLES SQUARE TUBE BACKFRAME FORMED HINGE BRIDGED BOOM ARM

The Bridged Boom Back Frame is built from 3”x3” square tubing and includes the boom mounting angles and u-bolts. The hinge is formed from 1/2” plate steel and features spring loaded beak-a-way and hydraulic fold brackets.

Three pieces of 1” square tubing are bridged together to build a sturdy yet lightweight boom arm. Boom mounted shock absorbers soften arm bounce and reduces metal fatigue. Boom arms are available in 12 row, 16 row & 20 row models.

LITTLE SQUIRT is a fumigation system that is self-contained and is engineered for safety.

LITTLE SQUIRT is powered by a 12-volt DC explosion-proof motor, to safely handle flammable liquid fumigations under pressure. There is one switch, located well away from the fumigant chemical, to handle all operations, and

there is a minimum of lines and hoses in its design.

LITTLE SQUIRT does it all! Fumigant can be transferred from chemical nurse tank safely with NO SPILLING-achieved with dry-disconnect fittings. Efficient pump will transfer 30 gallons in four minutes. Another safety feature

are the check valves located at the injection shanks-eliminating any dripping at the ends of rows.

We consider the LITTLE SQUIRT fumigation system to be the first applicator on the market for accurate, efficient fumigation, giving the ultimate in safety. LITTLE SQUIRT is tops in economy with its totally-enclosed, no-spill

operating system that can both fill and discharge fumigants with security and comfort for the operator.

LITTLE SQUIRT goes along with the equipment you have-its regulators, strainers, filters, valves, pump, and motor are all on one mount together for easy installation on a tool bar.

LITTLE SQUIRT has quality construction-all the connecting components from the pump are of nickel-plated alloy, stainless steel, or polypropylene. The only pressure hoses are located from the manifold to the shanks, and are

rated for four times the working pressure.

LITTLE SQUIRT is easily set-up-there is only one suction hose that connects to the fumigation tank; then connect the hoses to the injector feet. The switch is conveniently mounted on the tractor, and easily connected to the 12-volt

power source. Then, pop on the dry quick coupler and fill the fumigation tank.

Disconnect (with no mess) and head to the field!

you. We have pulled together some of the best in the industry to totally revamp our line of mulch laying equipment with the focus being

set on ease of adjustment. Features:

Starting at the front of the machine you will notice a completely redesigned hitch for improved strength and overall appearance. The new lower hitch points are now adjustable to ensure no side play is allowed in the lift arms. The hitch is predrilled to receive the optional tank racks and drip tape reels. Moving back, you can see that entire frame has been redesigned with ½ inch plate sub frame assemblies. This feature allows for improved strength as well as a decreased manufacturing time, allowing us to get your new layer to your farm quicker than ever. Our press pans are outfitted with kick out wings that create that perfect “J-channel” for the plastic tuck. With this time tested method, we are able tuck our plastic in tighter and deep enough to withstand the abuses of the seasons. Adjustable roll racks will get you in the field with a variety of plastic widths all the way up to 66”. A new pin design on the roller axles will have you back in operation in no time when bushings need to be serviced. The rear of the machine has seen the most extensive changes. The new independent suspension design allows for all press wheels and covering discs to function separately from one another. This will ensure that contact with the plastic and the soil is maintained in any field conditions.
