3. Assets at SCB mean balances of deposit accounts, insurance premiums paid during the year, investment in such mutual funds as SSF/LTF/RMF, term funds, open architecture funds under the management of SCB Asset Management (SCBAM), SCB bills of exchange (B/E) or subordinated bonds with a minimum maturity period of 6 months (excluding other types of subordinated bonds).

4. The privilege is extended for guests of primary SCB First credit cardholders by one guest/card/time/airport. In case of more than one guest, SCB reserves the right to charge lounge fees to your SCB First credit card at a rate of one SCB First Rewards point + 950 baht/guest.

5. 2. The privilege can be exercised twice per calendar year (starting from the credit card approval date), and must be exercised by 31 December 2022 . The privilege cannot be transferrable in any case.

3. The privilege is available only for passengers traveling on Thai Airways and Thai Smile domestic flights.

4. The maximum period for lounge use is 2 hours 30 minutes per occasion. If the time limit is exceeded, additional fees will be applied, and must be paid in cash at the rate set forth by THAI.

5. 6. The lounge access does not include additional services available for international routes passengers. Use of such amenities will be charged at the rate determined by Thai Airways.

7. Terms and conditions of the privilege is determined by TG Lounge or the Coral Executive Lounge.

8. In case cardholder is unable to obligate terms and conditions ie. Cardholder does not maintain sufficient saving/fund as specified by SCB First criteria or excess of domestic travelling more than 2 times/calendar year or excess of accompanying numbers, payment will be charged at 1 person = 1 point + 950 baht by SCB. Common Terms And Conditions For

Privileges Offered By SCB First

1. Privileges offered in this book are for SCB First cardholders who remain active and qualified as of the privilege exercise date, and cannot be transferred to others.

2. Eligible SCB First cardholders shall maintain valid membership status with total balance of deposit accounts, and/or annual life insurance premiums, and/or investments with SCB in the past 6 months and as of the transaction date is no less than 10 million baht.

3. At transaction date, the cardholder shall maintain valid membership status with total balance of deposit accounts, and/or annual life insurance premiums, and/or investments with SCB such as SSF/LTF/RMF, Term Fund and/or SCB Bill of Exchange and/or SCB Subordinated debenture (more than 6 months period) in the past 6 months and as of the transaction date is no less than 10 million baht.

4. SCB reserves the right to amend rules and terms and conditions, or cancel any exclusive right/privilege/ reward points without prior notice.

5. The Bank has the right not to renew or cancel SCB First card, including privileges for customers who do not meet the criteria set by the bank, which will notice by the bank 30 days in advance.

6. In case the member has hold both SCB Private Banking, SCB First, and SCB Prime card, the bank reserves the right to offer privilege from only one card which give the most benefit to the member.
