3- In case of any un-avoidable occurrence viz strike, band, holiday etc. the dropping of tender papers and opening of tender will be done on next working day. 4- The details of this tender notice and tender paper will also be available on N.E.Railway web-site http://www.ner.indianrailways.gov.in & Govt.of India website http://www.tenders.gov.in during this notice period. 5- Tenderers who are submitting down loaded (from web site) tender documents must have to enclose with the tender form a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One thousand only) for Sl.No.1 & 2 each, Rs. 2000/- (Rs.Two thousand) for Sl.No. 3 & Rs. 5000 /-(Rs. Five thousand) each Sl. No.4 to 6 in the form of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank/Schedule Bank in favour of FA&CAO /Con/ N.E.Rly. /Gorakhpur.Tender offers not accompanying with the requisite tender fee shall be summarily rejected.

6- A certified copy of original tender document is will be available in the tender section of Dy.CEE/Con/BG/N.E.Rly./Gorakhpur,which may be seen on any working day during prescribed period for sale of tender forms. Tenderers on award of contract will have to enter into agreement with railway in format of above mentioned original tender documents.Tenderer shall not have any right/claim to insist on signing of contract agreement in format on which tender document were submitted by him after down loading from web site.

7- If during process of tender finalization it is detected that tenderer has submitted tender documents after making any change/addition/deletions in the tender documents down loaded from web site then the earnest money deposited by tenderer shall be forfeited by the railway. Further if after award of contract it is detected that tenderer has submitted tender douments after making any change/additions/deletions in the tender documents down loaded from web site then railway will take action to remove the contractor from the work in terms of clause 62 of GCC/2014 and such further legal action against contractor as is considered necessary. 8- The successful tenderer will have to produce requisite amount non-judicial stamp paper as per stamp duty act. issued by state treasury at the time of agreement. . 9-(i) GENERAL ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA For Sl. 1 to 2:-

Those Tenderer will be considered for acceptance who have submitted particulars of vehicle Viz Registration no. year and modle for which is proposed to be utilized for above work. Commercial Road permit, full insurance, certificate/ Affidavit regarding no out standing tax liavilities and sole proprietorship (In case of firm)/ Partnership deed/power of attorney duly certified by the Hon’ ble court. Eligible one time offered vehicle eceepted or equivalent vehicle accepted on emergency.

(ii) GENERAL ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA For Sl. 3 to 6:- Those tenderer will be considered for acceptance who have submitted ‘A’ Class valid license for executive the electrical works duly issued appropriate authority i.e. Electrical Inspector of State Govt. , Proof of financial status , sole proprietship (In case of firm) / Partnership deed /power of attorney duly certified by the Hon’ ble court.

10-(i) ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA For Sl. 1 to 3:- The tenderer should have recived payment the total amount during last three

financial years(current financial year and last three previous financial years) should be miminimum of 150% of advertised tender value of work and must be submitted a certificate along with the offer, through various agreement issued by Railway/Govt./SemiGovt./Public under- taking/Audited balance sheet certified by Charted Accountant must be submitted alongwith the offer.

Failing to submit the certificate, offer will be summarily rejected. 10-(ii) ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA For Sl. 4 to 6:-

(a) The tenderer should have completed atleast one similar single under mentioned work for a minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value of work in the last 3 financial years (current financial year and three previous financial years). Certificate

should be submitted by tenderer alongwith the offer.

11(i) Similar nature of work for Sl.No.4 & 5- Electrification of service building/staff quarters/offices building/road & colony lighting/re-wiring of quarters & service building/earthing arrangement (Plate & pipe earthing) for quarters, service building/Installation,testing & commissioning of electrical sub-station/laying of HT,LT cable/Installation,testing & commissioning of

HT,LT panel/HT ,LT switch gear etc. Certificat must be submitted alongwith the offer. 11(ii) Similar nature of work for Sl.No.6-

Installation , testing & commissioning of 11 KV /415 Volt. Electrical sub-station or electric sub-station of higher voltage. Note:- For installation, testing & commissioning of complete sub-station the experience of installation testing & commissioning of individual equipments of the electrical sub-stations like installation, testing & commissioning of transformer or circuit breaker alone or VCB panels alone would not the concedered for similar nature of work criteria. Certificat must be submitted alongwith the offer.

12. The earnest money deposited in form of in Cash or Banker cheques/demand draft in favour of FA&CAO/Con/N.E.Railway/Gorakhpur executed by the State Bank of India or any of the Nationalized Bank or by a Scheduled Bank. 13. The total earnest money will constitute as security deposit for the performance of the stipulation to keep the offer open for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of

tender or within the further period extended by mutual agreement.

14. Should the tenderer resile from his offer or modify the terms & conditions in a manner not acceptable to the Railway Administration aforesaid full earnest money

shall be liable to be forfeited.

15. Railway Administration reserve the right to reject the tender/offer without showing any reason to any one or for all tenders. 16. In case of any doubt regarding tender documents, it should be clearified from tender

section of this office.
