Lectures (LECT) No Pool ActivityDry off, give your body a break and stimulate your brain with a 90-minute session delivered by some of the industry’s top professionals.Expand your awareness and gain new insights into a variety of topicsin key areas including the sciences, motivation & leaderships, business& marketing, nutrition and much more.

Workshops (WS) Pool & LectureEnjoy the best of practical applications and theory with a 90-minuteworkshop! Learn the reason behind the movement as some of theworld’s best instructors share their top notch programming ideas!Workshops will alternate between pool & lecture, with some sessionsstarting in pool and some starting with theory.

Land Workshops (LWS) Land FitnessWhether you currently teach land fitness or are curious about crosstraining, IAFC also provides opportunities to explore select land fitnessprogramming. IAFC Presenter Biographies

Antonio “Nino” Aboarrage, MS – holds a master’s degree in human per-formance and is an AEA training specialist. He is a soccer coach and pres-ents athletic aquatic courses in Brazil and internationally. Nino is the proudrecipient of the 2007 AEA Fitness Professional of the Year award.

Monique Acton – is a personal trainer, medical exercise specialist and thepresident of Personal Health Trac. She is an AEA training specialist and co-author/executive director for Aquatic Options Education. Moniquereceived AEA’s 2003 Aquatic Fitness Professional award and is well knownfor her creative exercise program design.

Mimi Rodriguez Adami – is the director of Scuola Italiana AerobicaFitness (SIAF) in Rome, Italy. An American-born European, she lovesteaching aquatic fitness classes with creativity, imagination, fun, music,posture and safety. Mimi is the author of Aqua Fitness – Your Low ImpactTotal Body Fitness Workout.

Donna Adler, BA – is the owner of Liquid Assets for Fitness in Phoenix,Arizona where she trains clients with health challenges. She is certifiedwith AEA & ATRI and studies at the Center for Applied Energy Medicine.Donna also facilitates workshops on healing and spiritual self-mastery.

Ann Anthony – has been a fitness instructor in Miami, Florida for over 19years. She is the aquatic director at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables andthe creator of Hydro-Pilates. Ann travels nationally and internationally tocertify instructors in Hydro-Pilates.

Waldir Delgado Assad, MS – is a professor of the Catholic University ofBrazil. He holds a degree in physical education and a master’s degree inhuman movement. Waldir has over 12 years experience teaching hydro-gymnastic classes. He is a frequent presenter at fitness conventions inBrazil, Portugal and Italy.

Rui Pedro Azevedo – holds a degree in physical education and specializesin high intensity aquatic applications. He is an international presenter andan AEA certified instructor. Rui has been teaching aquatic fitness classes inPortugal for the last 10 years and he entertains students and instructorswith his dynamic style.

Kim Beason, PhD – an aquatic professional for over 25 years, has been thedirector of the Senior Adult Aquatic Program at the University ofMississippi for the past 18 years. Dr. Beason’s current research agendasexplore aquatic exercise, seniors and professionalism in aquatics.

Registration TypeAfter you select your registration type, you can begin to select yourdesired sessions.• Pre-conference Programs are listed at the bottom of the general

session selections and require additional fees. Scroll down if you wish to attend one of these programs and make your selection. If any advance preparation materials are required, they will be mailed to you within 14 days of receipt of your registration.

• Double check that your selected lunchtime does not conflict with your session selection during these timeframes.

Family Package• Child Family Members-If you are bringing children under the age of

13 and want them to attend meal functions, please select the Youth/Child Meal Package Option(s) listed under Registration Type.

• Adult Family Companion-Complete for your adult companion if you are bring your spouse, significant other or child over 13.

Select Your Sessions• During each timeframe included in your Registration Type, select

your desired session from the drop down menu.• If you do not want to attend any course during a session group,

please skip it and move on.• If you do not make a selection for any given session selection group,

no sessions will be confirmed.• If the class is sold out, it will NOT appear in the drop down menu.
