2 Introduction to timetables in Publish
Timetables for teaching activities in Rendsburggade is to be found in Publish instead of Calmoodle.
Are you however participating in teaching which is planned by educations outside of Rendsburggade, you
still need to check Calmoodle for these activities. This means that you might have two places to look for
your timetable in a transition phase.
Updates to your timetable
Your timetable is updated automatically. However, significant changes to your timetable may occur
throughout the semester. In these special cases, your study secretary will ask you to retrieve your timetable
and subscribe to it again in order to make sure you have the correct information.
At the moment the Student App cannot display Publish timetables.
Publish is empty when you first log in to the system. You have to retrieve your timetable yourself. Once this
is done, you can save it. The timetable you save is also available on your mobile phone at https://sol-
skemaer.aau.dk.
Please be aware that the numbering of the semesters for the bachelor programmes goes from 1-6 and for
the master degree programmes from 1-4. Therefore it is important that you make sure you select the
correct programme.
You find reference lists/bibliographies for the courses in Moodle.
