Dealer Registration Approval Process by Field Team

HMSI Field Team : Area In-charge, Zonal In-charge & Regional Manager

HMSI Field Team would need to login to the

https://admin.hondajoyclub.com/ use their existing registered mobile numbers & 4-digit PIN.

Admin can view the status of the Networks that are Approved or Pending for Approval

Review the profile details filled by the Dealer during

enrollment.

Review GSTIN details filled by the Dealer

Review the Sales Outlet images

Review the Service Outlet images

Area Incharge should review these lat long appearing on the screen and get it validated from Google maps.

HMSI Admin will have the option to either

Accept or Reject in case the details mentioned

are incorrect.

Honda Dealer Wallet Recharge

• Network is required to recharge its wallet only through NEFT/ RTGS/IMPS.

• Network is requested to attempt the transactions via Other bank Transfer only, even if they have ICICI Bank Account.

• In case of payment from Bank please ask the banker to transfer funds via NEFT/RTGS to the bank a/c and IFSC code as mentioned above.

• The amount transferred in any virtual account cannot be reversed or refunded. Wallet recharge to the attached network will happen automatically.

• Payments done via same bank transfer (ICICI to ICICI) will either not get initiated or bounced back.

• The Recharge will happen within 2 banking hours after the payment is debited from the dealer’s bank account.

Enter vehicle “Engine Number & Frame Number”

Enter vehicle “Mobile Number”

Confirm the OTP received on entered

Create Member Profile

On Dealer Panel, search the generated ACK id using

Manage Customer Option

Dealer cashier will click on “Confirm Payment” in order to generate the

Loyalty ID of the customer.

After accepting the payment made by the customer, Loyalty

ID gets generated.

After each successful enrolment Honda Dealer can view the available balance in

his accountDuring Enrolment, dealer wallet balance will be deducted with Rs 299 + GST however the member invoice will be of Rs. 349+GST 15

On every successful enrolment Smart Advisors earns 100 Smart Points and dealer earns a margin of Rs 50

To Redeem the reward, click on “Reward

After successful redemption a confirmation notification will

Dealer to apply the code under“Redeem Voucher” section under

menu options

Members details along with Loyalty Id & vehicle details will appear on

the screen

On confirming OTP by the member the voucher will get

successfully consumed.

Dealer can view the confirmation screen once the code is successfully applied.

Honda Voucher Redemption at HJC Dealer Web/App & Hi-rise

Scenario -2 Dealer Assist the Voucher Redemption From Dealer Web

Using Manage Customer option Dealer to search a Member via Mobile Number or Loyalty ID.

Click on “Redeem HC” to redeem Honda Voucher for HJC Member

Member reward catalogue will appear, dealer can guide the

member for redeeming specific Honda voucher.

Specific offer will be added in Cart and relevant HC will be deducted from Member’s

account.

For confirming this purchasean OTP will be sent to the

Member’s Mobile Number.

On Successful purchase an SMS

with voucher code will be sent to the registered mobile

number.

Dealer to follow the above process of

consuming voucher code and provide

service to HJC Member.

Apply Discount at Hi-Rise

Login to the portal and open Job Card Page in Hi-RiseScroll down to “Job Card Parts Tab

and “Performed Job Tab”

In Case of Labour Discount: Select “Performed Jobs Tab”, Click on Job

Code Name

Select the labour code against which Job has been performed, from the popup

menu.

Add the discount o be given in the Discount % tab. Press CTRL+S and print out the Invoice.

In Case of Parts Discount : Select “Job card parts Tab” on the Job Cards screen.Click on Part# column

Raise Reimbursement (Vehicle Wash & Pick-up)

Login to the App using “Network Code & PIN”

To raise reimbursement for Vehicle Wash & Pick up, click on Reimbursement

Under billing page dealer can view Free Wash & Pick up reimbursement amount, click on “Generate Invoice”

to raise reimbursement.

An invoice will be generated against the

reimbursement amount and will be raised to

program Centre.

All Vehicle Wash/Pickup-drop reimbursements will be processed

monthly by the program center before 15th day of next month.

Honda Dealer are eligible for Reimbursement against the services being offered to Honda Joy Club Member for:

On Successful validation 300 Honda Currency will be

credited to HJC Member.

Customer visits any nearest Honda 2 Wheeler Dealership

to Purchase vehicle.

Login to Honda Joy Club App & go to “Referrals”

Update Mobile Number of Members Via Manage Customer

Available options for HJC Member to update their Registered Mobile Number 1. HJC Member’s old Mobile Number is inactive

2. Member is unable to access the app3. HJC Member is not aware about the mobile no. registered with his membership ID

HJC Member can visit the Same Main Dealership from where he/she has been

enrolled.

Main Dealer can update the HJC Member Mobile.

If an HJC Member visits a different Main Dealer Network

HJC Member visit any other Network (Branch, Sub Dealer, ASC)

Option to “Change Mobile Number” will appear under

Honda Dealer Panel

Option to “Raise a Ticket” will appear

Other Networks would need to redirect the HJC Member either

to the Main Dealer or ask the HJC Member to raise a ticket at [email protected]

Scenario – 3 HJC Member visits Either Branch, ASC, Third party or Sub Dealer with the request to change mobile No

Dealer to check the details of HJC Member via Manage customer and

coordinate with Main dealer or divert HJC Member to Main Dealer.

Raise Ticket via Main Dealer for Mobile No change in case Network’s Main Dealer and Main dealer Code of HJC Member (from where loyalty was activated) is not same or there is no

Main Dealer tagged with HJC Member.

Main dealer will login with Main dealer Code & PIN

Click on “Manage Network Dealers” on the dashboard

screen.

Network details will appear along withRegistered Mobile Number | Minimum

Click on the Name of the network to download the Customer Enrolment

Report | Network Sales Report from the available dropdown option.

Main dealer will login with Main dealer Code & PIN

Click on “Manage Network Dealers” on the dashboard

screen.

Main Dealer Transfer Funds to Network

Click on “Transfer Funds” option to transfer funds to specific network.

To initiate transfer, Main Dealer to Select no. of Kits | PIN and click

“Transfer Amount”

A Confirmation pop up will appear, on successful Fund Transfer.
