A sign-up sheet will be circulated by e-mail on Sunday afterthe worship service; the link will become active on Monday@ 00:00 hrs and close on Friday @ 23:59 hrsParishioners residing within the Areas assigned forattending the service should fill up the form; 1 form perperson is requiredChildren age 10 years and below are not permittedFourth Sunday of the month is RESERVED for Seniors age65 years and aboveAdherence to the guidelines as mentioned in the registrationform is mandatory; there will be no waiverPlease adhere to any guidelines requested by the COVID-19Task Force present at the Church to prevent any issuesAttending the In-Person Service is not mandatory; it isvoluntary. Capacity of in-person attendance will bedetermined based on the notification/guidelines from IDPH,Cook County and Des Plaines City

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, considering the healthand safety of our members;
Divine/Holy Communion Service - In-Person @ Church withLimited capacity of people; Live Streaming for those attendingonline
The following Service/Programs @ Church & home ofParishioners stands CANCELLED/LIMITED instead ONLINE
Programs are planned
1. Holy Communion/Qurbana (Limited in-person attendanceat Church)
2. Area Prayer Meetings & Bible Study 3. Sunday School 4. Tuesday; "Fasting Prayer"5. Bible Study/Meetings of all sub-organization
All of the above are applicable to Wisconsin PrayerGroup.
Due to the nature and severity of the situation; we request ourelderly members and kids to stay home and minimizeattendance to all social gatherings.
Divine/Holy Communion Service/Sermon by Achenswill be TELECAST through Live Streaming; Gathering atCHURCH for Divine/Holy Communion Service or otherSacraments is limited to a capacity of 25 people untilfurther notice.

Bill Pay [Online Payment] At this time when we are all under lock down and unable tocome to church; we request all to kindly resort to onlinepayment method (Bill Pay). Many of our families have already setup Bill Pay method;those who have not yet setup please do so at the earliest. Bill Pay (free) through your Checking Account to improvethe “monthly funds” of Parish to better manage ourmonthly operating expense. It is simple to use. This is thesame Bill Pay most of you are using to pay your monthlyutility bills. Once set, its similar to paying any utility bill.Let us also join and support Parish to achieve systematic,
