1. CARGO SURVEY AGENT:

- To advise the clients of necessary legal procedures. To reserve their right to claim

the third parties.

- To arrange of cargo survey, and to assess the extents and the cause of damage

sustained to the cargo, to issue survey report.

- To organize salvage sales of damaged cargo.
