What does a PACE Interview involve?
Pre interview disclosure

Type: CD, Tape, Video
The caution: “you do not have to say anything but it may harm your
defence if you do not mention when questioned something you later rely
on in Court, anything you do say will be taken down in evidence”
Lets break that down:
You do not have to say anything

Can be repetitive as don’t always flow
May be outside the scope of the knowledge of the person attending
and answering on behalf of the organisation
Can be a frustrating process
