Our ENCLOSED CONDENSING UNITS have been designed for commercial and industrial applications, from low to high temperature and with a wide range of powers from 7.5CV to 50CV. This range covers most refrigeration applications, offering a high performance, reliable and flexible product.

Semi-Hermetic Compressor- Copeland Stream or Bitzer, including crankcase heater and vibration dampers.

Liquid reservoir, oil separator and interchangable core filter drier

High and low pressure switches.

Aluminium microchannel condenser coils- Maxwell’s air-cooled condensers only use aluminium microchannel heat exchangers, offering up to 45% performance over fin&tube conventional coils and saving by 30% of refrigerant volume in the system.- Air section and components section are independent.

Electronic EC Fans as standard - At Maxwell’s we are concerned about energy saving so we have adopted the use of high-efficiency axial ED fans as standard on all our CU-C range.

2 STAGE enclosed condensing units have been designed for LOW TEMPERATURE applica-tions with a wide range of powers from 5CV to 30CV.

2 stage Bitzer Semi-Hermetic Compressor with Subcooler- Including crankcase heater and vibration dampers.

Liquid reservoir, oil separator and interchangable core filter drier

High and low pressure switches.

Aluminium microchannel condenser coils- Maxwell’s air-cooled condensers only use aluminium microchannel heat exchangers, offering up to 45% performance over fin&tube conventional coils and saving by 30% of refrigerant volume in the system.- Air section and components section are independent.

Electronic EC Fans as standard - At Maxwell’s we are concerned about energy saving so we have adopted the use of high-efficiency axial ED fans as standard on all our CU-C range.

Our BLAST CHILLERS reduce the temperature of freshly cooked food to a range between 0°C and 4°C with high energy efficiency thanks to thermal insulation by means of a 100 mm thick cooling panel.

Lowering the temperature of freshly cooked foods to a range between 0°C and 4°C over a period of less than 90 minutes.

Loading capacity between 2 and 10 trolleys (depending on the size of the trolleys).

Energy efficiency thanks to the thermal insulation by means of a 100 mm thick refrigeration panel with hermetic doors and electronic fans with variable speed.

PLC automated control of the equipment with touchscreen user interface, which allows the modification of operating parameters in real time and displaying data such as temperature, ventilation speed, number of trolleys inside, time spent by each, opening of doors, end of cycle warning, etc...

FREEZING CELL / For Pallets

The Maxwell FREEZING CELL FOR PALLETS is designed for pallets of products (such as meat or fish) contained in stacked plastic crates. Its high pressure cold air ventilation system ensures that 100% of the air passes between and through the plastic boxes without any deviation, by means of fans that work with pressures up to 1000 PA and to a sealing system by silicone seals between the evaporator and the pallet.

The machine consists of :

Maxwell Thermomachines© has developed a PALLET IMMERSION HYDROCOOLER. Its principle of operation is to immerse, for a short period of time, pallets of fruit or vegetables in water between 0 º C and 1 º C getting a shorter cooling time than with a shower system and allowing to treat the product with antioxidants, additives or even ozone. The system can treat approximately 8,000kg/h of product, with a load of 2 pallets, or about 8 cycles per hour.
