Prior to Calling:• Know Your Customer Number. (This can be found on the back of your catalog or

the top line of your invoice under “Customer ID”)• Complete your order including part numbers and quantities.

When Calling:• Provide us with your customer number.• Give your company’s purchase order number (if applicable)• Indicate your preferred shipping method. (UPS Ground, Next Day Air, etc.) and

need by date. • Payment method (COD or Credit Card) - if you need to update a credit card

number let us know. • Provide us with Part Number followed by Quantity

Fax: Fax orders to 888-827-9243. Indicate customer number, best contact number and a name for questions.

Order Add-Ons and Changes: To the best of our ability we will package any additional items with your original order as long as it is prior to invoicing. It we are unable to add to the existing package it will be treated as a separate order. To avoid additional shipping and handling charges, make sure your order is complete before it is placed.

Back Orders: Will be shipped to you with your next order or as instructed by you. Back orders older than 60 days will be cancelled unless you instruct otherwise.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Permission to return any item mus be requested within 14 days from the invoice date.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and reason item is being returned.

Items purchased on a closeout special or special order items may not be returned.

Returned Checks: Certified funds are required immediately to cover a returned check. A $35 returned check fee will be added to the amount due. Any account having a returnedcheck (for any reason) will be placed on COD, Certified Check. If legal action is requiredfor collection of bad debt, the customer is responsible for all legal fees.

Refused Shipment: $20 Service Charge will be added for a refused shipment.

Special Order Items: May not be returned ro cancelled once order has been placed. Prepayment is required on special orders.
