Notes from interviews

Joe Hrbal (face-to-face) – Avid music listener using headphone

Loves the idea because he has the same problem.

Curious to how it would open and close (functionality) and would like to see a more developed prototype

Would you buy this from someone else – yes

Daniel Markley (face-to-face) – Uses headphones when doing outdoor house work.

Assumptions

Challenged Functionality – will it move and work the right way? Usefulness – doing its intended job Is this a problem that others have? Will it catch on?

Held Firm The functionality is unsure because it is difficult to know until a

better prototype is built. All three that were interviewed agreed that the product was very

useful and could fill a niche in the market. Yes, it is a problem! All three said they had the same problem

and said it would be nice if there headphones did not get tangled anymore.

It is still uncertain whether the product will catch on; however, initial reviews were good, but all three would like to see a more developed prototype and would actually like to try it out!
