EZcallTM Security System Response Automatic alert dispatch & control of intrusion alarm events. The EZcallTM VKC (Virtual Keypad Client) makes is easy to incorporate virtually any intrusion alarm system into an EZcallTM network. The EZcallTM VKC allows all alarm, supervisory, monitor and trouble messages from the interfaced alarm panel(s) to be received by any EZcall system. The VKC also supports alarm system control to allow the interfaced EZcallTM network to arm/disarm intrusion alarm partitions as well as enable/disable individual zones. These may be treated as output devices or triggered from virtual on-screen call points as desired. Each interfaced VKC client also includes actual on-screen simulated keypad of the interfaced system providing installers and system administrators with the ability to fully control the intrusion alarm system directly from a PC desktop as if they were on an actual system keypad (only for intrusion systems that support virtual keypad control). • Configurable Zones – EZcallTM VKC allows you to
enhance the naming capabilities of basic intrusion alarm zones to include descriptive text & instructions.
• Fully Supervised – Each interfaced system includes complete system supervision and will generate additional call points if the system is ever offline.
• Bi-Directional Control – EZcallTM may receive event messages as well as trigger commands to the interfaced alarm system(s).
Supports all popular brands of Intrusion Alarm. EZcallTM VKC includes numerous unidirectional and bi-directional drivers that support the most used intrusion alarm systems available today. Available drivers include: • Honeywell/Ademco – Vista 4100 and VA8201
interface modules fully supported • Tyco DSC– IT-100, PC4401 & PC5401 modules fully
supported • UTC Interlogix – Advent, Concord and NetworX
systems all supported • Paradox – EVO, DGP, Esprit and Spectra systems
alarm monitoring supported • ICT– Protégé integrated access control/intrusion alarm
system (direct Modbus IP interface) • Tyco Visonic– SpiderAlert and Elpas wireless systems • Inovonics – EchoStream and FA-series wireless
